What have you done to the app?!
I’ve had my trinity+ for maybe 2 years and enjoyed using the app, saving treatments and easily following along. It’s maybe been a year since I used the device and decided to start using again so I download the app and find it beyond useless. The treatment page is blank. The home page says find you treatments but clicking on it essentially opens the website within the app. You can watch a video but it’s not the same step by step guide you got before. I don’t understand how you’re supposed to log usage if there are no treatments to save and follow?… plus as others have said the upselling is really annoying.

Useless app now
Why would they take the routines off the app? Now it’s just some lagging shopping app. Wish I purchased a different device. Had been using the mini + for a while and just bought a wand at Marshall’s. Now I know why it was there. Disappointed in the YouTube videos. They need to bring back the routines and Bluetooth

Useless app
The app used to help with daily routines and even marked them on a calendar, but now they recommends you look for routines on YouTube or the NuFace website… making the app useless.
Unable to start treatment
I’ve come back to NuFACE after awhile and opened up the app only to find that it doesn’t support my NuFACE. It only supports NuFACE Bluetooth enabled device devices. Is this the reason that I can’t start a treatment? Have you stopped supporting your older devices? If so, not cool.
Old devices aren’t shown anymore
I can’t track my progress of my treatments anymore because I have the old version of the Trinity Pro that is not a smart device so now I have to go on the website to look at the treatment videos
Won’t pair
App won’t pair with my device and for such a expensive skincare product this is crazy :(
Useless app
Full of ads, and short clips rather than full instructions videos. Absolutely worthless!
FIX IT
why would you guys take away the bluetooth attachment on the app. kills the whole point of the device. i don’t like this they need to fix it now or i want my money back!!
Useless, $300 wasted, paying customers disregarded
Removing the ability to pair via Bluetooth and moving the guided routines to your website and elsewhere is a very bad business decision. Some of the Bluetooth guided and paired routines contained frequency changes during the routine (or so the technician said) to enhance the treatment on different zones of the face. How can that happen now that the device is un-paired?!!
Terrible, terrible business decision made without considering your client community who spent $100s of dollars for these devices.

Can’t add manual treatment

It sounds like there isn’t a glitch or error in the most recent update, but that the app is now intentionally designed to be useless. It’s not supposed to pair with the device anymore, and there are no more guided routines. What is the point of the app then? And what about the consumers who felt that the app was a selling point in the decision to purchase the device?

Useful Feature Removed
NuFACE removed the ability to log offline treatments without communicating the change to current users. The treatment logging feature is the only reason I used the app, so I will be removing it.
Treatments Gone
I have this app on two different devices. I tried to update it. However, the treatments are gone and the app is useless now. Would you please add them back? Thank you.
App update
I’ve updated my app a week ago because I was advised to do so. I now have lost all my treatment history and no guided treatments are available on the app anymore?! Unbelievable, what am I suppose to do with the app now? Messaging for support is absolutely useless! I’m so upset and disappointed.

This is so ridiculous that I have to go through numerous varied and inconsistent instructions that DO NOT fix the issue of pairing, every time they either update the app or whatever they do …I cannot use this item again…It’s virtually BRAND NEW because it’s exhausting to get it paired to even walk up to it to use it daily. I’ve had mine since May 2023. Reset it, uninstalled app , set up a new account all the things they told me to do and NOTHING WORKS. LOST ALL OF THE FEW THINGS I ACCOMPLISHED ….sunsetting app features without even asking the users? What in the World?! Me acabo de comprar el nuface Mini+ por la conectividad y ahora resulta que la app no empareja mis dispositivo!! Le pasa a todo el mundo, es increíble!! Vendes un producto caro por su conectividad de la app y ahora decidís que ya no usáis la App!!
Don’t with the app
After a recent update, tutorials are no longer available. Super disappointing and I’d suggest finding another micro current device.
