When I look up per diem and PRN nursing jobs, Nursa posts multiple jobs online. I downloaded the app and uploaded all my documents just to find out that the closest shifts were in a completely different state. Terrible. False advertisement.
Worst customer support
Worst customer support and no support for workers and nurses in facilities
Nursa needs to change.
One way for nursa to improve the app is starting with shift request. It takes facilities extremely long to respond back. Just to say that the shift has already been filled. Why aren’t the shifts approved right away like other agencies have. Another thing too, these facilities that you guys are with put people on DNR list when they didn’t do anything wrong. There should be some type of dispute on the CNA end to help protect them. This definitely should be looked into.

Should be called toxic sick care not healthcare. Health care workers eating their own. Some Nursa customer support malicious to their own nurses and workers also especially Josh in customer support not helpful at all.

Misleading job locations
Downloaded it before, nothing local. Searching for nursing jobs in my area, Nursa was recommended as having one close to my home for a good rate. Downloaded the app to find this job did not exist, and the rates are HALF for facilities 1000+ miles from my home. Misleading, inaccurate, and deceiving.
System error
The average is cool. It’s actually great. It gives you instant pay when the system doesn’t decide to have a mind of its own lately. It’s been screwing up and screwing me over on my instant pay by randomly signing me out closing out the app so it’s not running in the background or stopping the location tracking. It’s not human error is not my service and it is not my phone it is the app itself, and it needs to be fixed. But other than that, the app is great.

Hard to get shifts
It’s very hard to get accepted for shifts on this app as a new user. It’s as if the facilities wait until their favs request the shift. Even if you’re the first to request, they’ll wait to see who else will request then give the shift away. I ended up undownloading and use clipboard where you can book shifts automatically without having to request.

Whats the point of showing shifts in other states??? Like am I supposed to fly across America for a 8 hr shift??? Please make it make sense….. And if i’m a nurse why are you all showing me CNA shifts??? I’m trying really hard….
Worst app ever
NEVER WORKS , takes 5 mins to open and load the places , finally when it loads instantly kicked out the app. I had it for over 3 years and never gotten a shift cause the app never works . It’s ridiculous

I’m able to book shifts so that’s a plus but seriously, the Nursa team needs to hire new app designers because it is the most horrendously buggy app ever. Constant glitches and soooooo laggy. Being able to book shifts is cool and all but jeez dude, fix your app

Whatever new update they did is the worst yet!! it’s saying there’s no shifts available or none found. It’s so hard to navigate now they’re constantly updating and changing the app so so frustrating!

This apps getting worse! Make a lot of confusion when checking my payment there’s very disaster! The apps showed i god paid but i didn’t receive my money to my wallet for a 2 shifts i worked!

Unreliable Updates/Pay
I’ve had a really frustrating experience with this nursing app. One of the biggest issues is the constant need for updates. It feels like every time I open the app, there’s another update required just to use basic features.
What’s worse is that these updates often come with glitches—especially with the clock-in and clock-out system. There have been multiple times where I’ve had trouble clocking in or out properly, which directly affects my pay. As a nurse, the last thing I should be worrying about after a long shift is whether the app recorded my time correctly.
An app like this is supposed to make scheduling and time tracking easier, not create more stress and potential financial issues. Until these bugs are fixed and updates become more stable, I can’t recommend this app.

Never works right
No matter how many times this app is updated, I have never been able to use it. Something always doesn’t work right, so that I can’t upload credentials, or it asks for credentials that don’t apply to me, so that I’m prevented from picking up shifts. Live chat never works in my app, and when I send an email for tech support, I never get a response.
