Disappointed
Booking a slot for rawdah is impossible. The app tells you to refresh the app 2 hours before the time slot and book it, however the slot you are booking for magically disappears even if you are fast and comes back once you refresh saying there is full capacity. This is a joke.

This has to be one of the worst systems on the planet. I have been trying to book one single slot for the Rawdah. I have tried every 20 minutes and 2 hours prior to the slot’s apparently being released. Have tried before arriving in Saudi, and everyday since arriving in Saudi. Spent 6 days trying in Makkah and then another 6 days in Madinah. I haven’t been able to book a single slot for one person. Keeps stating seats will be released soon to try later. Despite repeated attempts, until the slots are all taken and no longer available. This is a very archaic system to only release seats two hours before. With thousands waiting to book. There needs to be a better system. Having spent a tonne of money with a desire to attend the Rawadah sadly. My dreams were unrealised. There needs to be a genuine escalation process to allow for any special circumstances. I would give this app a zero rating. If that was possible.

Needs serious improvements
I think the app needs a user usage and user interface audit. I am not sure who is designing it but please get some professional human interface specialists to add and improve. In terms of help, there really is nothing present and if there is, it is not easily findable. We were here for 4 nights, could not find a single Spot for Rawdah and this is supposed to be a slow time.Allah knows best

The app crashes frequently and does not allow users to book a Rawdah appointment, even when appointment slots are clearly available. The app is also not user-friendly, particularly for elderly people and those who are not familiar with technology.
What is even more frustrating is that when you visit Nusuk customer support in person, the only advice you receive is to keep trying again and again. It is disappointing that the support team cannot provide a practical solution or assist users with making the booking. The whole process is unnecessarily difficult and needs significant improvement, especially for elderly and children less tech-savvy users.

Very frustrating !
The new process to book Rawdah visit is beyond frustrating! The previous process to book ahead of time ( days,weeks , months ) was fair and doable . The current one ti book 2 hours before the visit is beyond irresponsible decision!
It is extremely frustrating and adds lots of pressure during a time supposed to be spiritual .
I hope the decision makers admit their mistake and take responsibility as soon as possible to change this .

Doesn't work for Rawdah
Very frustrating app. I spent three days in Madinah trying to book a Rawdah appointment, but the app did not work. It constantly showed errors or no available appointments. The booking system needs major improvement.

Doesn’t work for women’s Rawdah slots - tried everyday for a week. Utterly disgraceful when people pay thousands of pounds to visit the holy sites.
Unnecessarily Complicated
The app has made it almost impossible to get a Rawdah appointment. Piligrams shouldn’t have to rely on technology to be able to make an appointment to pray 2 rakats. This system is very inefficient and has made it very hard for pilgrims along with the Nusuk Care desk inside the masjid offering little to no help with the process.

Impossible to book rawdah slots
Poor management of rawdah slots. Have been trying for 3 weeks to book rawdah slots. Even when I asked for help - no response. People are paying thise who work with Nusuk (undocumented) for rawdah slots. This is unfair and must be illegal

The app never ever works for me I try to book a appointment it never lets me. I sit on my phone 2 hours before every appointment because earlier then that the app says new seats will be available soon . 2 hours before I’m on the app pressing the appointment it keeps saying too soon then the next minute it says the appointment is gone I can’t book it . This is the second trip the app is annoying me like this. I asked the people at the desk of nusk they js gave me a number to call. I called the number n no one picked up the ai said someone will call me back later I never received a call. The customer service is very very poor and the app is poor quality it don’t work properly it always dose this for the ladies my dad was

Rawdah visit for ladies broken
One major major flaw is this app is you can NEVER book rawdah visit for ladies “ever” other then that it’s good app. Once it’s fixed I would happy to give 5 star else zero. My mum came to visit rawdah 70year old lady couldn’t get appointment due to broken app AND staff on ground OR call center are useless

I would like to suggest adding a permit system for Hajar al-Aswad, similar to the existing permit system for Rawdah.
Visitors could book a permit in advance and enter one by one during their allocated time slot to briefly kiss or touch Hajar al-Aswad before exiting. This would help reduce overcrowding, improve safety, and allow more pilgrims to have this blessed opportunity in an organized and respectful manner.
Such a system would be especially beneficial for elderly pilgrims, women, and people with disabilities, who often find it very difficult to reach Hajar al-Aswad due to the large crowds.
I kindly request you to consider this suggestion for the benefit of all pilgrims.
