Rawdah
It’s so difficult to book an appointment. For 2 days I have been trying to book an appointment there are times for booking but keeps saying try later. I only have limited time before travelling, will be extremely sad if cannot book an appointment to pray in the Rawdah. I also do not like the women guards, they do not behave well at all.

This is by far the best islamic application. May Allah grant Heaven to all who contributed to develop and publish it.
Waste of effort and time
Like most Saudi Apps it’s very tedious with layers of unnecessary varifications goes round and round with out any user friendly way out. My account asks to complete profile although it’s has already been done but when ever I attempt it says this account already exists and to recover your account. Only it doesn’t tell me how or does not take me to account recovery option.
I visit haram Alhamdulillah 2/3 times a year . Due to yet again an incompetent apps , I have lost hope and I have not been visiting Rawdha for couple of years now.
InshaAlloh I will hold them accountable in front of Allah and the Blessed Prophet SAW on the day of judgement.
For the new comers, please don’t waste your time.

Worst hotel booking experience ever
You don’t see the rooms options nor the change/cancellation till you book and help desk is helpless.
Umrah
I have been checking for a month now. There are no slot available for Umrah in July from 15th through August. Is that an error?

Salah timetable
The app was working perfectly and the time for each Salah was very accurate but a while ago, after some updates, the app changed. The Fajr Salah time is stucked to 3:43AM and Isha Salah time is not accurate. I didn’t check the Dhuhr and Asr Salah. The Maghrib Salah time is accurate. Also, the Athan sound doesn’t fully play. The sound stops after four Allahu Akbar.

NN- Hajj2026
We were a group of five of a family and purchased a standard package of MCDC through a local middle man kind of travel agency who work on finding Umra and Hajj packages. We had a lot of problems as the most important service items included in our package were never provided. There were no guides, no one received us at the airport, no training, no guide, no CIM card, no wheelchair we asked for, no Madina tour, no Makah tour, no designated transportation from hotel to Harem, no personal items. Besides the hotels and food were absolutely terrible. No one to complain. Tried several times to complain about MCDC to NUSUK but they referred us back to same company that we have complained. Nusuk has a support web site but it to hard to use and beside they don’t take any action to resolve your issue. They simply tell you to contact your service provider which are the main issue themselves. MCDC had a volunteer to support but when you ask for any support or information needed, they say that they will contact they don’t have authority and they can only let the supervisor know. Much more to say about what was promised and what was provided. I hope NUSUK will start their heavy involvement and oversight of the customer support process. Thanks

J’ai été au Hajj cette année et cette application était ma boussole quotidienne pour l’accomplissement de mes rites( prise de RDV Rawdah, suivi en réel de l’affluence au niveau du Tawaf et Sa’y, compteur de Tawaf, bon plan restaurants et Souk, etc) bref, un vrai must pour tout pèlerin en Terre Sainte.

Failed to book a hotel for my brother
I am trying to book hotel for my brother who intend to go for umrah, end of November. Initially it allows me to chose hotel but I failed to pay as the total amount was not showing. I tried to contact the support and it blocked me. Very surprised and would like to know what would I do next to unblock me?

Al Salamu alikum. First Jazakoum Allah kheir for always working hard on finding means to make Hajj and Ummrah easy for everyone.
Unfortunately, the orders given to the Rawdah volunteers are executed in a poor matter. The Rawdah is jannah. In Jannah per the blessed ayah : Salam is means of communication. The sunnah of the prophet is to be gentle. None of this is happening. Firstly, no one is allowed the 15 min that the app gives them. I was shooed after 3 min and again in 9 min. The manner was sadly un Islamic yelling at the muslin and not allowing them to make duaa or pray with kushu. It felt like I was dealing with zionists stopping me from praying in Aqsa. They had no respect for the holiness of the place or the presence of our beloved prophet or Sahaba. May Allah guide them and those giving them orders and all Muslims to what He loves ameen. Please have husn zun and respect. Allow people their 15 min of jannah in peace. And recognize how lucky you are to be working in jannah and use it wisely. Allah is watching you.

Too frequent updates
Can't use it without updating
The most app that loves to have an update literally every day!
Every single time i try to use the app, there's another update waiting. It's honestly exhausting having to consistently update just to use the app for a few minutes. I get that frequent improvements are great. But this is way too much!
Horrible app
I’m almost certain all the good reviews here are bought. The app is incredibly confusing. I tried logging in with my details, it tells me my details are wrong. I tried recovering my account and it said I don’t have an account and told to create one. So I created a new account. And when I tried logging in, the app again told me that I already have an account and to login instead of creating a new account. Here I am in the infinite loop of Nusuk. Had the same terrible experience during umrah, and now another horrible experience for hajj. Their campaign of trusted by 60 million is more pushed down the throat of 60 million users.
