Never works the first time
Always have to close out the app and retry again.
HORRIBLE!!!!!!
Ever since they changed third 3rd party payment, it stopped working. When the app takes me to the 3rd party site for me to use to pay my bill, it ALWAYS says my account number is wrong even though it is correct and they exported it correctly into their system. I was only able to somehow bypass it once and paid my bill successfully, after this one time, i was NEVER to bypass it again and could NEVER pay my bill using this app again. NV Energy customer service is zero help too. Plus NV Energy has been overcharging us and we were told they will “credit” us customers back via credit on our bill…..hasnt happened yet. Now that i moved out of nv energy’s area, i probably wont get it back at all unless they mail me a check. I am beyond glad i dont have to use this app again. Their company and their app is such a headache every single time.

This app needs HELP
This app is stuck in the pre-beginning of the app age. Crashes out & glitches like crazy. Pretty wild seeing how much some people pay for electricity. Also when are all the over charged customers receiving their checks?
Won’t load
Doesn’t work on iOS 15. Newest update still doesn’t work. Just shows a spinning wheel and doesn’t load. I suspect that the web site certificate isn’t being validated by iOS.

This app crashes, cant even sign in and its been liek that for months, i have to go online to pay it. My phone is updated and everything. Kinda sucks to do

Garbage
This app honestly has been the bane of my existence for years and I am a Vegas native. Never In my life have I had an app enrage me as much as this one. It will save my username but when it auto fills it says my username is invalid. I go to type the EXACT same thing and then it works. THEN the “live chat” button is right next to the log in button which means about 80% of the time because the damn hit box for the live chat link must be enormous that I hit it most of the time when I’m trying to log it. Which only increases my frustration. I do not recommend the app and recommend that you just go and pay your bill at a kiosk and this stupidity technology won’t piss you off and make you reset your password a bunch of times because it glitches. Really hard to make paying SO difficult

The app is broken. The bill information never loads and buttons are missing to actually get to my bill. Useless.
Horrible app
This app has a painful amount of bugs and glitches considering it’s used to pay bills. So many times you’ll click on the calendar click today’s date to pay today and it says “payment date can’t be in the past” then you click the next day and it says “payment details can’t be more than 30 days in the future” then they hit you with a late fee cus their app won’t let you pay them …..

Problem with app
Up until now, this app has been great. But, since the beginning of this year, I can’t get the app to open. This is really inconvenient since this is how I pay my bill. Please fix your problems. Have tried app support but what comes up is a warning not to trust the website.

By far the worst app I use for my home living. Nothing is user friendly and the app never works because it’s always down for maintenance; Additionally I don’t think I have been able to sign in to this app a single time without having to reset my password.
Malfunctioning
I was able to pay my bill once, and am now stuck staring at that same bill. I am unable to view or pay my current bill. This app is garbage.
The App stopped working on a iPhone 16 Pro Max
It has always been a great tool in keeping up with NV Energy. As of 12/30/25, the App wld not open. After trying to reload, it shows a continuous black screen with a small white circle as if it’s loading but nothing happens. Help!
