The app has serious limitations. The chat feature disconnects if the screen goes dark or you press the screen to prevent it from going dark. Insanely frustrating!
Awful Healthcare Plan
I just spent 2 hours walking all around Brooklyn, while sick, trying to find an Urgent Care under $100. There are several listed in the downtown but they donāt exist. I went to three different locations that claim to be urgent care facilities but were either closed or did not exist. Thank you again New York City for giving teachers the shaft.

Finally, an app that work flawlessly
Prescription
You canāt view any prescriptions on the app it just stays stuck.
Problems
There are no labs, walk in urgent care stand up mri or walk xray, near me
Doesnāt work
Canāt see up account. And when you do it re-asks your info again and locks you out. Stick to the websiteā¦ which is equally as complex.
Crashes
Cannot get beyond ācontact informationā in set up because the app keeps crashing. Not a great start to the new year
No Apple wallet integration
There is no option to add the id to Apple wallet, despite the latest update notes claiming that to be the case
