Broken deposit app
You have broken my ability to deposit into the right account. Sigh.
Depositing checks
Your app is SO DIFFICULT!! Almost every time I have to try 2 or 3 times. Way too sensitive. My other banks don’t give me this issue

It was hard getting the correct photo for the deposit. Ask me numerous times to write old second national bank mobile deposit only.

Limits
$5k daily limit. Not cool. Should be a percentage. IE 15% of total savings = daily limit

Great except for remote dep issue
I like the capability of the app to access info and to execute transactions.
I do not like how remote deposits are rejected because I supposedly did not write “Mobile Deposit Only Old Second” on the back. Except I did, in big block printing. I make the letters thicker and it usually helps. A couple of times I have had to strike thru the original and rewrote it much lower on the check. I really wish they would fix this.

Mobile deposits
Mobile deposits are challenging. Even when you endorse the back of the check properly, it wants to reject it.
On line check deposits!

Photos not accepted
I use several different mobile banking apps. I don't have any difficulties with any of them other than the one with old second. Frequently I get error messages that say that the Check image isn't clear. Frequently I get error messages that say it's not endorsed properly.
I can see the image that I submit and it is perfectly fine. Regarding the endorsement, I am using the exact verbiage I was directed to use by old second.
It's very frustrating to have to try several times to submit the photos. Sometimes I have to log out and log back in. And frequently that doesn't even work.
I really don't think it's user error because I do use other mobile banking apps and never have a problem submitting the photos.

Can't update app
It just takes me in an endless loop

I don’t want to update my phone, why am I not able to keep the app as is? Forcing people to update is ridiculous!
Older I pads can’t update the app
Can’t use app anymore on a gen 6 I pad due to can’t update to IOS 18.4 . Forcing me to send money to purchase another I pad .
Mobile deposit endorsement
On every check that I use mobile deposit I write mobile deposit only old second and many times. I have to write it again even though it was already there.
Deposits not user friendly
Although the mobile deposit feature is relatively easy, the banks daily limits are not accommodating to real life needs!
Old second online banking
Enjoying the app. Easy to navigate
A large small town bank.
We’ve been with Old Second since they merged with West suburban bank. We loved the customer centric atmosphere at West suburban and find Old Second to be exactly the same. Although they feel like a small town bank, they have all of the amenities and services of the big guys. A great combination of atmosphere and service services.
