Too many photos
Bottom line do not expect to get approved anytime soon, it has been almost over a week since I tried to submit two dogs and still. O updates and no approvals let alone any payments. Support is useless and states backlog but it’s a waste of time and gas there is a reason there are so many orders available and it’s not a goodd one. This company is unprofessional and incompetent

This app sucks. Because of numerous glitches, and the fact that they don’t give you any feedback with each photo taken to let you know if it was successful or not; it would’ve been nice if it had told you what was wrong with the photo while you were taking it instead of waiting till the end and having to take multiple photos over again. This is my third attempt at . I was on the parking lot at the store yesterday and attempted to accept it and The app stated that my GPS location was hidden???

Worthless App Even Worse Support
Notice how their fake AI “developers” don’t reply to issues, only praise? They don’t care about fixing anything. I’d bet the reviewers are AI bots padding their reviews. 10k for this garbage? Yeah right lol.
App doesn’t work outside of my home WiFi, which makes it impossible and worthless to use at the store. Emailed their inept support multiple times, and crickets. Not sure how this pathetic jr high school failed computer app project actually has anything over one star. Don’t waste your storage space or your data trying to get it to work and don’t waste keystrokes reaching out to the imaginary support, they don’t reply.

First they put the wrong store hours, then they go uploading the images you are taking slowing you down and crashing the app. Estimated time to complete is off by a lot. If you are in middle of working and don’t finish on time they delete your work and steal your images. Then don’t request and payout lesss

Waste of my time
I used the last of my gas money to go perform this task spent over an hour and wasn’t even able to submit. The requirements didn’t align with how Cosco is set up and they didn’t pay me. Thanks a lot

Took me an hour and a half to finish one just for them to reject me because I didn’t know the difference between a display shelf and a main shelf which was not stated while I was taking photos. I also kept loosing my photos cause of an “error” having to restart it all over again. Not worth it for me but if you’re desperate for extra cash do it I guess.

Timer in busy store makes it almost impossible
They only give you a short amount of time to complete the tasks and they send you walking all over the store. When I finally got to the pharmacy section they deleted the photos I took 4 separate times. After almost 2 hours of walking around this just about made me want to quit.
Finally it accepted my photos only to load for 10 minutes AND THE. DELETE MY ENTIRE APPLICATION.

Changed
I took a break from Observa due to the low compensation for observations(which were far in between). I was clearing up storage on my phone and decided to try again before deleting. To my surprise the pay rate has increased as well as the pay out time frame. I use to complete an observation at 8pm and I would be paid the next day(which was the only plus side to this app), now I’m on day 6 and my jobs are still in the review process, SIGH 😮💨………

Photos aren’t uploading
“Just take photos of the entire soup display” which only takes seven or eight very particularly lined up photos and then you get to play the roulette game of will it upload or will it just pretend I didn’t take anything and try to make me do it all over again? After 6 tries I gave up. It’s not on me to figure out what’s wrong with this time suck of an app.

TERRIBLE APP
The app is really bad, they deny every single one and when you try to appeal the appeal process is non existent . They never respond to emails either. Imagine working all day and 5 days later it’s gets denied with no appeal process.

This is the most ridiculous waste of time. Their standards are either unrealistic or they reject your perfectly good submission because they already have your photos and feedback- why would they even bother paying you now.
Needs improvement
High rejection rate compared to other apps. You can make some money if the app works, or if they don’t decide to change their instructions. Large files won’t upload to their server, regardless of your internet connection, and regardless of how long you wait and keep the app open. (5G or WiFi)
Instructions say 1/2 to 1 product of overlap, then you get denied for not enough overlap and say they require 1-2 products of overlap. So you go back for another 45 minutes of taking photos with new instructions and they say it’s too much overlap.

Be Careful
I was looking for daily work and ran across this app. Pros: Easy registration just pass a background check. Cons: Low pay, slow assignments, and 5 day payouts.
More work less pay
The pitifully small number of jobs available near me have increased in the amount of work to be completed while the pay stays stagnant or only increases by a dollar or two. The app’s overly sensitive glare alert makes getting photos in buildings with fluorescent lights nearly impossible. This really has become a frustrating app to use and unless I see some changes on the requests, I won’t be doing any more.
I do work for several other apps and this one sits at the bottom of my list to check for jobs now.

Run away from this app
Fail. Delete. It crashes and have to retake photos. It won’t connect even though strong signals and other apps connect fine. They lie about how long some projects take (they took longer, even after doing the same project before). They reject your work for something they didn’t say in the description. And many other flaws. Run away, better apps and options out there.
