Cannot open an account to use the app
App does not allow me to create an account. Unsuccessful at customer support trying for a month.
Invalid passes
Since this last update on Jun 10, all my passes are showing as invalid. What can I do to fix that? It was working fine before the app update.

Setting up the account is pretty difficult.
Bus passes never work; no updates available
Everytime I purchase a bus pass, and go to scan it it says “invalid ticket” this happens every single day. I’ve asked the bus drivers about it and while they let me on, there is never a resolve and I have to show them the time of purchase each time. What is the point of having an app that literally never works?

Not always reliable
Tickets take long to appear after purchase and once I purchased a ticket twice through apple pay and they never showed up . I was charged and they show up on purchase history but never showed up on available tickets
