Love This App

As someone who is working on OCD recovery, this app is an awesome tool. Other AI tools are dangerous for OCD and I fell into a reassurance trap. This app is different and I haven’t fallen into that. The app does sometimes have issues starting up but I’m sure this will be fixed in an update

One of a kind for OCD

This helps so much with my patients obsessions and compulsions. Would recommend as a tool for any clinician and for anyone struggling with OCD.

Medical professional opinion

I am a PA with experience in mental and behavioral health. This app certainly fills a gap that will help OCD patients. Can’t wait to see it in action

A Helpful Companion for OCD Recovery

I’ve found OCD SensAI to be a thoughtful and supportive tool for managing OCD. The app offers practical exercises, helpful insights, and guidance that encourage healthier responses to intrusive thoughts without feeling overwhelming. I appreciate that it focuses on learning skills and building awareness rather than providing constant reassurance. The interface is easy to use, and the tools are accessible whenever I need a quick check-in or reminder of recovery principles. A great resource to complement therapy and support ongoing OCD recovery work. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Finally an OCD app that actually supports ERP

What I like most is the structure: I can create exposure exercises, log how I feel, and then see my progress over time in clear graphs and charts for each theme I’m working on. The journaling and saved conversations are great for noticing patterns and bringing specific examples back to therapy. The new therapist‑linking features are also promising. My therapist can see my assessments and homework, which makes our sessions more focused and grounded in what actually happened between visits. It’s important to remember this isn’t a replacement for a licensed clinician, and I’d still like to see even clearer info on privacy and accessibility inside the app. But overall, if you’re working on OCD or OCD‑like anxiety and want a structured way to practice ERP every day, this is one of the best tools I’ve found so far.

So helpful!

I recently downloaded this and it’s already helped me. As someone who practices ACT, it’s been a great tool to have in my pocket and the AI companion makes it easy to actually practice on the go. The Learn library alone is worth it!

Talks you through it, not at you

This app walked me through a real scenario instead of just giving generic advice. It listened to my thoughts and talk things through with me, which helped me understand what I was feeling in the moment, not just after the fact. That real-time, talked-through approach made a real difference. I found it really helpful if you want something that feels like it’s actually hearing you out.

The best tool for OCD

This has been one of the very most helpful tools for OCD I’ve ever seen. It’s amazing that it actually focuses on ERP instead of just in the moment help. Very cool!

Yes

I love how user friendly it is. It’s already stressful enough facing my fears, so to not add frustration by having it coherent is so nice.

Surprisingly Helpful!!!!

Hidden gem.

The exposure ideas are surprisingly good. Maybe add a few real examples or case studies to the description—if you’ve never done ERP before, some exercises look pretty wild at first 😂.

Would also love an Apple Watch app someday. Maybe even OCR/screenshot summaries or on-device AI to help identify OCD patterns across exposures. Lots of potential here.

Delete ChatGPT

This app is very calming. It doesn’t feel like other AI bots that tries to over explain their answers in unrelated ways. I also like having all the crisis numbers readily available for me or friends in case there’s something too big for me to handle.

This is Great!

Nice work OCD SensAI, I’m loving using this app! I would recommend it for anyone who has any type of OCD!

Awesome app

Absolute Lifesaver

This app is fantastic and an absolute lifesaver. The teach me Sensei function is a fabulous kickstarter. Well done!

Great App!

Very positive and helpful in difficult times. The step by step progress to work through compulsions is very thorough and it felt like it knew me and how to safely guide me. Would strongly recommend!

Great app!

Great app! It’s intuitive, supportive, and provides helpful guidance for people dealing with OCD. The tools are practical and easy to use. Highly recommend giving it a try.

Great Tool!

Awesome app that has a ton of helpful features. A very clean and usable UI makings using the app even easier.

Amazing Help

OCD SensAI has been incredibly helpful for understanding and managing my OCD better. It’s so easy too use and gives practical tools and exercise to help me when I need it. The best part is having it on the go and being able to use it when I need it. The guidance is clear and is well organized as well so I don’t feel overwhelmed. It definitely changed the way that I work and live and helped with things I’ve struggled with for years! Highly recommend

Great understanding of OCD

This app was clearly designed by someone who understands what it’s like to live with OCD. A lot of mental health apps give very generic advice, but SensAI feels much more thoughtful and specific to the actual experience of OCD, including the spiraling thoughts, reassurance seeking, and difficulty maintaining perspective. This is a great way to get day to day personalized support and help you keep perspective between therapy sessions. Love that you can share the data points with your therapist as you go.
