Garbage app, scummy group
App does not work; predatory service
Poorly optimized app that doesn’t properly function.
Currently unable to change donation center location, semi often I have been logged out of the app for no reason, pages will fail to load for no reason without a restart.
SCAM!!!!
They showed me $75 in one spot, $65 in another, then paid $60. Jonathan the manager at Riverside CA does nothing to alleviate the TWO-THREE HOUR WAITS that got me fired from my job for being late! All he does is flirt with the girls on staff while donors SUFFER! Fix this Octascammer!!!
App Issue
The app itself is impressive and easy to navigate. I like how the points can be accumulated however I feel that if we have managed to achieve multiple successful donations going through the long plasmaferesis process we should be able to redeem our points at Anytime. Being forced to wait a full 3 months to use them in between redemption is so diabolical

Robin is the special one I feel super excited when I walk in she has such a GREAT BIG HELLO AND SMILE and Ms. Harriet. I don’t think she knows me honestly however she knows I’m a smiler and a wavier so now she waves and smiles at me before I can get her now i love it now my last SHOUT OUT IS TO BASHERA SHE IS AN AMAZING WORKER SHE IS Organize Friendly very professional. I mean, I can go on about this young lady and her teammate. Broken almost all the time
Good luck! This is a terrible app that rarely ever works. Trust the reviewers on this one. Broken log in, broken Home Screen, broken features, it’s just a GUI with no functions behind it.

The app is fine. The centers are terrible.
Donation centers are filled with people waiting 3-4 hours to get paid a pittance for plasma worth thousands. 24-30 beds, only to have 6-12 being used and 1-2 phlebotomists at any given moment. Other centers are closing and octapharma gets busier with no improvement in the speed with which people can donate and go home. This isn’t a one off, it’s every day. These people only care about the bottom line and they know we’ll wait for our little stipend at the end of the day no matter how long we have to wait.

They do not care about their donors
It’s just a cash grab. Their”house doctor” tells you to get an ok from your doctor that it’s safe to donate. Then when he gets the paperwork saying it’s safe to donate he permanently defers you. Waste of time effort and money. Don’t go to octapharma. They are terrible.
