Simple but Affective
I have ADHD and forget basic things like breaks at work. I’ve tried many apps- but never one has fit my needs - too many things going on on them. This is simple - and I can’t get distracted in the app - press and go! Safe to say I take my breaks at work now - bonus points it notifies me on my Apple Watch so I don’t have to look at my phone all the time
