It is so convenient and easy to use the OGE app. Lotta good information on the app.
Horrible Monopoly
This company sucks, their app sucks, the ppl that willingly work for them and enjoy their jobs here suck. This company is evil, does not care about their customers at all. They just want to torture people and use their monopoly on the electric grid to suck every penny out of their customers. They make it nearly impossible to pay them, then threaten to shut off your electric when it takes 40+ minutes to get on the phone with a real human to fix the issue. They lie, they cheat and they steal then try to pit the blame on their customers. Ridiculously cruel.

Threatening letters
I paid my balance by phone on Aug 6. Still isn’t reflect on my balance page. I have received about 3 letters a week in San Antonio. My address is OKC. Horrible company. My acct configuration was wrong and when I found out I tried to switch to my other checking but you guys blocked me online. Way to treat a new customer and way to waste more money on stamps. Unreal

The app sucks. I’ve been trying to upgrade my app for a month because it will not let me login without upgrading.
This is messed up
If yall didn’t wait 5 days to take out the money maybe crab wouldn’t decline at the bank. I put money in and push pay, then it takes almost a solid week to take out of my account instead of immediately. I have CPTSD the kiosk is a panic attack for me but you have the worst customer service for any convenience pay options in that you wait to take it out then charge me because of your lack of diligence. At this rate I’m going off grid because this is stupid and I’m done.

Bad customer service
They don’t care when their app messes up a customers bill, and I try to get help and no one ever answers. Biggest crooks in Oklahoma.
Why do I need to add card info to download the app when I have credit on my account?
It’s not letting me download or update the app without putting in card information. Since when? This is ridiculous. I have credit on my bill. I just wanna check it. Frustrated customer.

Never sends me a authorization number to make a payment and I have to call and then call back with a payment confirmation number just to verify bill is paid
