This app is terrible
I order from the first time ever when I placed my first order it kept canceling it saying it was fraud. Then I ordered again and again and it kept canceling it because it kept saying it was fraud when it was not. They need to fix there to actually find real fraud . I hate this app and will never buy anything from them.

Only ships to US
I had the Oh Polly UK app for years and made many orders through it, I then got this US version of the app and made orders through it as well. Now all of a sudden they no longer ship to Canada, and when I reached out they said they never did.. even though you can go to my previous orders and see that I ordered through this app in the past. Now the UK app is no longer available and this US app is useless to me. Guess I won’t be purchasing from Oh Polly anymore.

Don’t bother downloading the app…u can only use it if ur in the US which is weird because I used to place orders on this app with no issues but now I can’t.

filtering by size doesn’t work. i select size 0 & it proceeds to show me dresses that are out of stock in 0????

Sensitive App
Idk what is with this app, what I’m about to say sounds crazy. It is nearly unusable because it registers anything I do as a click to an item. When you scroll down to view a screen, you have to lightly touch your phone to stop the scrolling. Anytime I lightly touch to stop, it interprets that as a click and takes me to another item. I exited the app and tried 2 other apps to see if I’m crazy, then I went back into Oh Polly again, it IS this app. I can’t even shop because it keeps taking me to something else over and over.

DONT BUY FROM HERE
This was my first time trying to buy a dress from oh Polly, I found a beautiful dress , once I go to place an order everything went through no problems, then after 10 minutes they cancel my order for no reason after that I tried to place the order 2 more times and it canceled it again both times. I tried to contact customer service but it’s literally just a bot that doesn’t help with anything. I will not be trying to buy from here again HORRIBLE service.

I can’t reset my password
I keep entering my email in order for me to reset my password but whenever I do it takes me to the website and when I try to reset my password it says to sign in with my email and won’t allow me to do so

I love shopping from Oh Polly! Beautiful clothing with great quality…but the app and website are horrible! I tried logging into my account through the website and since I forgot my password I tried resetting it, but it logs me into the website not onto the app. Nor does it transfer over when I click on”open app” on the top of my screen! I tried preordering a dress, and now it’s sold out :( I’m so torn over this, I know it’s just a dress, but I would like to at least be able to get points for a dress that costs almost $200.

Haven't been able to log in for months
For some reason, I can never log in through the app. Even after the update, I've been having issues...

I’ve been trying to reset my password for 30 minutes already and it keeps glitching on me. Has so many more glitches on the app playing a video I don’t care to see. 0 stars

They have beautiful clothing on their app. I made a $600 purchase and they canceled my order within five minutes. There's no phone number to get a hold of them you can only chat with them through a machine. I said my order was canceled either because the order was too large or my address wasn't correct so I narrowed it down to $200 even though I needed the stuff for my vacation they canceled again, so I tried to purchase two dresses and it was canceled again, what's the website up if you're not making sales

You can’t login into the app with “sign into google first” which is how I made my account in the first place through my laptop.
SIMPLY BAD!!
I’ve been trying to place my first order for a while now looking for a dress for the holiday but it gets cancel, first I received an email saying the order was processed successfully and 10 min later it’s cancel.

if i can give this app a 0 star review i would. this app is terrible, i tried buying a dress and it said i needed a different payment method, so i used another card and it would say the same thing. i tried reaching out to oh polly and they never reached back out to me. my birthday is now 4 days away and yet i still have no dress because oh polly failed me. i also tried using pay pal and still no luck. i am extremely disappointed and i hope i never come across this app ever again!

no way to track order
have received no updates on my order after it reached customs. went to try and find a way to track my order on the website? click the track my order button and it’s just a photo, no real way to put any info in. the photo would just close after you click the order number text box to try and find yours. then went and checked the app for a track my order and that just is not an option. click delivery information and it’s just a chart telling you how long it will take for your order to approx get there but nothing else. this is really weird and suspicious and makes me feel like i just got scammed.
