I purchased the eSIM from Ohayu via online in South Korea but I couldn’t use it immediately. By the way I’m from San Francisco. So I contacted the support. Make it short, it was not the eSIM but my phone setting had some issues! Ella helped me with clear step by step instructions. I am not good at any of those setting and don’t know anything so I took time to follow the steps. But she was very patient and very knowledgeable! She waited for me for each step and we finally made it work! Took a great amount of time because I was slow. Started feeling a bit discouraged but she was polite and very responsive. Thank you Ella! Thanks to her, now I can enjoy BTS world tour!!!

I had a small problem getting it to activate when I first bought it, emailed with their team and fixed it in under 5 minutes!! They responded so quickly and were so so helpful! Shoutout to Elliot especially!

I was having issues activating the eSIM and was frustrated that I was only getting the automated response. Then a human responded to my email and asked for screen shots of my phone settings. They fixed it quick🙏 thanks Elliot.

This is scam. Avoid it. I activated plan in Mexico and installed esim, but there is no internet. Support not answering.
Outstanding support team never quits! Now I can roam at will!
I was having major problems activating my new eSIM. Anthony and the rest of the support team, Ophelia, Elliot, Constance and Anna took some 2 days, 33 emails and many screenshots before it got straightened out and was determined to be the local carrier not applying the correct settings automatically. Fortunately, the teams, persistence and patience helped me keep trying, and I now have a fully functioning eSIM to use as I travel for the next three weeks in Vietnam and Cambodia. And just one day it has already proven crucial to be able to navigate and translate as I moved through my day.

Great app
Fantastic app
No customer support so when it doesn’t work it turns into a rip off.
I used it in London and it worked well. Then I decided to use it again in Egypt and the first data package I bought worked. It was super expensive and finished in 2 days so I bought a bigger package. That package stopped working once 80% of data was used. I assumed it was a glitch so I bought an even bigger package to about running into connectivity issues. This time it didn’t work at all. I experienced issues installing the eSIM, and got a bunch of error messages, saying that the QR code had expired. EVENTUALLY it worked but the internet comes on for a few minutes and then goes off again for longer periods sometimes hours. I tried to contact customer support to realize that the “in app” support chat is disabled. So in total I spent $100 for short connectivity and ZERO customer support. I tried to reach out via their website support but the chat bot is absolutely useless. Its default answer is “sorry I can’t answer that question”. Whenever I see companies that avoid human interaction and taking accountability after taking your money, I consider it a scheme 🌟✌️
