Saily

2nd time using so easy

Poor

Firstly I’ve had a lot of problems opening the app, many times it just sits on the yellow screen and dosent open , then when it does I search countries and it says “sorry couldn’t find any matching countries” after I’ve typed two letters.
When I did get it to work.
Second I went to tiblisi, Georgia and bought the unlimited plan , it was shockingly slow ( and must of been connected to Netherlands as all my search on Google kept starting in Dutch) many pages wouldn’t load , and this was not isolated to one spot, all over the city . In the end I bought a local sim as this was unusable for anything but receiving what’s app messages .

International Numbers

Good app for data, all be it a lot more than if you were just to buy a PAYG sim(unlimited for £10) as opposed to the data costs.

Why I left 3 starts was because I clicked UK number, and it’s still very much so international so offcom will block any UK based lines.

Does exactly what it says

Provides an eSIM at a reasonable rate. I used this while abroad in Europe.

Honestly, no notes. Flawless experience.

Cruise eSIM Does Not Work & Support Refused a Refund on Technicality

I bought a Saily eSIM plan specifically for my cruise, expecting reliable data. Instead, it completely failed to work on the ship, leaving me entirely without connectivity. When I finally got back and contacted customer service to request a refund for a service that never worked, they flatly refused. Their reason? They claimed my plan had expired just one day before I reached out to them. This policy is incredibly unfair—how was I supposed to contact them to report the issue while stranded at sea with no working data in the first place? They used a technicality to pocket my money for a broken service. The customer support is completely unhelpful and showed zero flexibility for travelers. Do not waste your money on their cruise plans.

FAQ

What is Saily and what does it do?

Saily is an eSIM app designed for travelers. It provides virtual SIM cards that offer fast and reliable mobile data in over 200 destinations worldwide. The app allows users to purchase, install, and activate data plans in minutes, helping them avoid roaming fees and stay connected wherever they go.

How does Saily work?

You install the Saily app and check data availability for your travel destination. Then, you choose a suitable data plan (local, regional, or global), install the eSIM by following the app's guided steps, and activate it upon arrival to connect to local networks. You can easily top up your data within the app as needed.

Is Saily free to use?

The Saily app itself is free to download and use for managing your eSIM plans. The cost comes from purchasing the data plans for your travels. These plans are offered at transparent rates without hidden fees or long-term commitments.

What devices are compatible with Saily?

Saily eSIM technology is supported by most recent iPhones that have built-in eSIM capabilities. The app provides clear, step-by-step instructions to guide you through the setup and installation process for your device.

What are the benefits of using Saily for travel data?

Saily offers several benefits for travelers, including avoiding expensive roaming fees by using prepaid data at transparent rates, wide coverage in over 200 destinations, quick activation within minutes, and the flexibility to choose plans that match your itinerary. You can also keep your physical SIM active for calls and SMS while using the Saily eSIM for data.
