App next to useless
Unlimited plan tick, mid eSIM setup query bricks eSIM install. Cancel and repurchase. Unlimited means 5Gb fast then go slow. Buy 10Gb more data which won’t activate until I reach Poland. I’m in Poland. So I can’t use the top up I’ve bought. No usage info in the app. I don’t want 60p off departure lounge I want to use more than 5Gb per day with data I’ve paid for. Utterly useless app. No refund, just credit. Truely useless

Great quality data, always high speed and I don't remember ever having any interruptions with the service (compared to other data esims...)
They have monthly unlimited data plans, but its kinda a scam with really limited high speed. The real unlimited data plan is just 20gbs with auto refill on because its always fast👍

It will consume hundreds of MB even before you get a chance to use the data. Auto top up is a scam.

Does not support calling UIFNs (good luck calling your bank)
For the most part, Saily has been wonderful but the moment I had a real emergency, Saily failed to be the support I needed. I needed to reach my bank’s toll free number to approve an international charge. Despite it being an “eSIM for travel” it doesn’t acknowledge Universal International Freephone Numbers which is a major oversight when reaching 1-800 numbers can be essential for travel emergencies. Keeping in contact with family has been great but now I’m jumping through hoops to make sure my hotel in Spain isn’t cancelled on me. I’m not sure if I will be using Saily again.

Skip this App, use the competitors
I bought an unlimited eSim in Brazil and it worked the first night, then not at all the next days when I needed actual cell service. They wouldn’t refund me the total price. Just use the competitors eSIMs instead of Saily.

Travelling to Italy
The installation process was easy, however, it wasn’t clear if the plan was activated during installation since the instructions used the term “activate” to connect to a service provider for the installation.
