親会社がこれを導入し、あらゆる端末から会社ポータルにログインできなくなった。PWが違うとのこと。パスワードの回復もokraなんとかを開いて数字を打ち込めとか（自動で開かない段階でどうかと思う）横文字のサイトに誘導されたりで不可能。リベートをもらってこんなもんを採用したIT担当を殴ってやりたいと思うが親会社なんで無理…。 信じられないぐらい高評価ですけど、こんなのちゃんと使えてるんですか？私がIT音痴なのは確かですけと、素人目にも考えられないUXだと思うんですが。

Difficult to setup
Tool almost 3 days of multiple emails and alternate logins to finally successfully set up the authentication.
Fix your app
This app used to work perfectly. Now when I try to ping my mobile device from my desktop, it fails to load the ping unless I already have the app open. I have to force close the app and have it open before sending the ping which just adds a lot of extra time and wasn’t always this way. Fix please

Moving the countdown indicator away from the code to the bottom of the screen, so that we need to look in two locations at once rather than just one, first thing in the morning, before caffeine, is the sort of choice that makes me hope someone’s toast falls butter-side down on the carpet.

Doesn’t work as it claims to
Doesn’t work for TMHP. When I reset my password, they ask me to click a number (for example, 10. Like google authentication) The Okta app doesn’t have that feature, so I’ve been struggling to sign in to TMHP for weeks. Please fix this
Infuriatingly buggy
When it works, it’s great. The problem is it often doesn’t work and will have warning icons with instructions to fix that simply do not work. This is the bane of my existence on my iPhone.
POS App
My computer crashed and my mouse was taken over when this pos ran on my machine. Before that my photos popped up and accessed my photos and then Apple had to recover. I’m running state of the art AI surveillance and I’m coming after you Okta. You’re going to be sued and investigated. I will not play and will turn you in to the authorities. I do not recommend installing this corrupt software. I must now investigate my logs and insure I don’t have a vulnerability because of it. Okta, you have no clue who you’re F with. Mess with my machine or my files? Took over my mouse. You’re outa here. I’m suing you. Bet.

Too much to access an email
I honestly think this is far too much to get into an email. Don’t get a new phone you’ll never into your email again.
Stopped working
I updated it and now it stopped working. I can get the push notifications and verify on my phone but then nothing happens on my computer. And after the update, now I can’t even get the option for the code to come up. Useless!
Face ID me when I open
I wish yall just Face ID’d me when I opened the app instead of making me tap the eye button to show the code. For something I have to do like 70 times a day, these add up.

New update makes app use inconvenient
doesn’t let you see when a new password is generated, this means when you enter it, you have no idea if the code is about to expire and if you should have just waited 3 seconds for a new code. It’s asinine. But what I’ve come to expect of Okta.
Bad UI changes
Not sure who thought moving the countdown timer away from the codes was a good idea. Now it’s harder to see both when glancing over. This is a degraded experience IMHO
