Disappointed with US switch from Global
For many U.S. customers, Olive Young Global provided reliable access to authentic Korean beauty products, including brands and items that are difficult to find elsewhere. We also valued the convenience of shopping from a trusted retailer, even when it meant paying international shipping costs. The selection, promotions, and direct access to products from Korea were important reasons I chose Olive Young over other retailers.
Removing access for U.S. customers not only limits our choices but also risks driving loyal customers to competing platforms that may not offer the same level of trust, product availability, or customer experience. Many of us have developed long-term purchasing habits with Olive Young and would gladly continue supporting the company if access were restored.
I respectfully ask Olive Young to reconsider this decision and explore ways to continue serving U.S. customers through the Global site. Restoring access would preserve an important relationship with a loyal customer base and allow us to keep purchasing the products we love from a retailer we trust.
I have been a committed customer for years, and it is genuinely disappointing to lose a service that has been so valuable and dependable. I hope Olive Young will recognize the strong demand from U.S. customers and reconsider restoring our access.
I used to love this app(hate the US changes)
The US store is TRASH
The biggest loss is Olive Young no longer allowing US customers to buy the Shingmulnara line, which can’t be found elsewhere. I have used that brand’s toner, essence, and sunscreen, every single day for 3 YEARS and now I just have to come up with an entire new skincare routine. I finally had my acne under control using this routine, only for them to do this. I’ve never been so angry with a company.
