Do not use ! Scam app!
I bought 2 train journeys these summer . Both trains were direct trains from 1 city to another. Both trains didn’t exist . Ended up taking 3 trains to arrive at destination 3 hrs later. You will get zero support from them .
One word of advise , buy yr train or plane tickets directly from the supplier , don’t use this app.
They are useless if it comes to after sales support.

Poor company
I have used this company a few times on this summer vacation. I have requested to speak with an agent multiple times and the AI chat continues to kick back and not connect me to anyone. This company works fine if your trip runs smoothly however if there are any hiccups or need for assistance it is horrible.

Slow App, False Discounts
The app is incredibly slow to work and makes it hard to buy tickets. Additionally, it try to sell a savings pass for a discount on each ticket bought over 90 days, but the app will not apply it to my purchases and keeps deleting it from my account.

THE WORST!!!! CANCELLED MY TRIP TWICE!!!! EMAILED ME INSTEAD OF NOTIFYING ME ON THE APP! CANCELLED MY ALTERNATE ROUTE WHILE I WAS ON THE TRAIN!!! NO UPDATE! NO CLEAR WAY OF GETTING COMPENSATION!!! THEY BETTER HOPE I DONT GET STUCK IN A COUNTRY IM NOT FROM!!!! UNACCEPTABLE!!!
Date change needs clarification
Wanted to change date and the system allows you to select a new date which will never appear. Wasted 40 minutes before changing tack to request refund, get credits and then re-book.
Needed this information up front. Who wants to read all the terms and conditions? Not me!

Poor Customer Service
I purchased tickets for an Amtrak trip. Amtrak canceled the route due to rail construction. I have attempted to cancel 2 tickets but cannot find the cancel link. I then tried cancelling via Amtrak. Amtrak cancelled tickets but now Omio is not refunding the ticket price. Omio has not responded to my Chat or email requests. And….now today my tickets show as active!

Ticket issue
I had 2 bus tickets (me and my friend) to London and back.
The bus driver was trying to scan the ticket and wouldn’t work, he searched the code and didn’t work. He was about to not let us on but luckily had enough room.
On the way back, bus was at midnight we LUCKILY got to bus station over an hour earlier. Because of the issue on the way here I thought to go check my bus ticket with workers and I’m glad I did! There was a group of 5 workers stood outside and I showed them my ticket and said I couldn’t find which number door I needed to go to because my bus wasn’t on the screen that my ticket said. They looked at the bus number and said the bus no longer exists…. I got my bus tickets weeks ago and they said I should have got a email from you guys rescheduling a different bus but I didn’t. They had ONE bus left going to my location at 11:30pm so if I didn’t get there earlier I would have been stranded. The workers there was super friendly and nice and saw how upset I was and let me and my friend get on that bus as there was again LUCKILY some seats available for us.
This caused me so much stress and messing around and I was very upset.

No customer service
I would avoid using this booking service for the reason that if anything goes wrong, their customer service is pretty much non-existent. I made a typo with my email address when buying a bus ticket and when I tried to contact customer service, the phone line was down and my emails were never responded too. I ended up having to buy an another ticket and haven’t heard anything back about my refund request. If definitely recommend looking at alternative platforms.

Don’t even try it
Scam Scam Scam… We missed every single train travel due to the times being wrong in the app then we had to fully pay for a whole new ticket at the train station.
