Discount does not work
I paid for the pass to get the discount but the discount does not work on checkout and we did not get the 10% saving promised for 3 months
Always charges higher
Literally EVERY time I try to buy a train ticket I get a notification saying the tickets is no longer available, and then is shows me a higher price, and suddenly the tickets can be booked. Shady practices occurring on this app.

Unnecessary
All this all does is store your ticket. That’s what apple wallet, pdfs and emails are for. Very bad Omio.
Convoluted for no reason
There’s so many different restrictions with the filters. Why is it making me guess which time a train might be available in order to display the train lines? Just show me all trains scheduled for that day all at once.

The ticket I bought was wrong and messed up the time of my connecting, meaning it left before my first train even got there. No refund and no compensation for the overpriced last minutes tickets I had to buy to get back. The ai agent is absolutely useless and there’s no option to talk to a real person. It gave me a fake email address when I asked to put my complaint through to a representative and then later pretended like my booking never even existed in the first place and I am still unable to get a refund after months of trying.

Not bad but a bit of an inconvenience
So I will start by admitting had I read every detail my issue mostly would’ve not occurred but, this app offered vouchers to tickets that need to be picked up at a separate in person location at a either a self kiosk that I couldn’t find or the specific help desk that had about 20 people in line, now had I know I would have came 30-45 minutes early which I could do but most can’t, once I discovered the problem and the solution it was too late and refunds are only offered 2 months prior to departure 😐, if you want slightly cheaper tickets come way way way earlier than you would need to or pay a bit more for a straight forward train ticket

Good app but I can’t disable promotional notifications
The app itself is great, I appreciate being able to easily purchase tickets.
Every time I disable promotional push notifications they huger reenabled. I have to disable notifications entirely and lose functionality.

Easy to Use
I am a first time traveler to Italy and this app made it very easy for me to move around. It came with high ratings. The app was easy to use.
No Customer Service
App itself is okay, but booking process throws out discount codes if payment doesn’t go through first time. Non-existent customer support afterwards, been nearly a week and a half no and not managed to get a response.
Pushes adds ignoring notifications settings
Despite disabling notifications for advertisement, Omio keeps pushing notifications that have nothing to do with my trips (I haven't used the app in months). Stop this shady behaviour, I'm removing the app anyway.

Sold a “Train” ticket and it was a bus!
Great job Omio, NOT! We bought a train ticket from Dunkirk to Calais and the tickets clearly say TRAIN on them, and we got to the train station and it showed a picture of a bus! Our tickets on the Omio app state somthing platform info updates. We were waiting for the train when I went to ask a woman in the office and she says that it is a white bus that will say Calais on it. She had no idea where it would park for us to board in the bus platform area. We got lucky as there was a white bus that showed up (but no number on it and a tiny white sign in front window that had Calais listed in small print as its last stop. This was inexcusable ! I will NOT use Omio again unless they apologize and refund.

I hate this app
We used Omio to book rail trips in Europe. We were forced to buy tickets through them so I downloaded the app to monitor our purchases. Omio will send reminders of upcoming train trips but the notices don’t include details. When you click on “my trips” you still have to copy and paste your reservation number even though Omio is telling you of this pending trip. When you click on details the site usually says there are no rail options and shows bus options. Waste of my time.

Incorrect Departure Address, Incorrect Coach / bus number. No signage at the departure station. Very poor wouldn’t advise using Omio.
Client service awful
I try to use a voucher from a cancellation and it’s just impossible. If I’m not connected to my account, it’s refused but if I’m connected, it says that there is a rebate (which is impossible to cancel) so I can’t use the voucher. This is crazy! I’ve talked with an agent, who says she’s trying to fix it for a couple of days now so we all know she’s lying… it’s getting ridiculous
