Make it neurodivergent friendly
Make the seat selection and e-ticket options easier to see and select. Make E-ticket a default option, with possibilities for the person to choose printed tickets.
A traveler’ best friend
Being able to buy tickets inside the app is game changing. I’ve been using Omio since Beta version: zero regrets, it’s still one of my best friends while traveling.

Do not use ! Scam app!
I bought 2 train journeys these summer . Both trains were direct trains from 1 city to another. Both trains didn’t exist . Ended up taking 3 trains to arrive at destination 3 hrs later. You will get zero support from them .
One word of advise , buy yr train or plane tickets directly from the supplier , don’t use this app.
They are useless if it comes to after sales support.

Poor company
I have used this company a few times on this summer vacation. I have requested to speak with an agent multiple times and the AI chat continues to kick back and not connect me to anyone. This company works fine if your trip runs smoothly however if there are any hiccups or need for assistance it is horrible.
