Garbage
This app does not work. It consistently fails and locks the user out. When several people try to help access your account and they get the same failed attempt message as the account holder, all of this AFTER speaking to several representatives who set the password. Numerous calls and it’s still an issue. I’m done. I closed my accounts this morning. Do BETTER!

I just started using the app and it is easy to use.
Face recognition issues
I set up for face recognition and it goes back to the 2 step verification process. Not sure if it’s a glitch but very frustrating. Everything else seems to work fine.
Behind the times
Does not allow Face ID to log in like other bank apps and is now going to require 2 step verification. Not worth having
Application asks for update but no update available
Please fix this issue :)
