Régulièrement l’appli ne s’ouvre pas. Je dois passer par le site web en ligne pour faire une réclamation. Peu commode pour la simplicité et la rapidité!
Broken uploads
The app document upload workflow is broken. When attempting to upload supplementary documents in response to a request for further information, the app will allow you to select a file but the upload will fail every time.

Plutôt lent et pas très intuitif à naviguer. Mais le gros point négatif à mon avis c’est l’impossibilité de faire quoi que ce soit avec les pdf de relevés fiscaux.. ça les affiches un point c’est tout… pas d’option d’impression ni de téléchargement.. vraiment poche
Login buttons are cut off in iOS, cannot login!
It’s been a longtime that this is happening, and I still can’t tap on the login button, they are getting cut off by the iOS home bar, please fix it, it’s tax season!

Saved password or Face ID not working.
Although you prompt for Face ID option, once user agrees to it, it will never use it to sign in.
Saved passwords don’t allow you to sign in either. Have to manually enter username and password each time.

Fix your password reset!!!!
I can’t log in anymore because I can’t reset the password. I see this issue has been going on for over a month. This is unacceptable.

comme à peu près tous les produits de desjardins, cette app ne fonctionne pas ! il demande d'updater nos adresses email pour plus de sécurité mais l'application bug à partir de là et plus rien ne fonctionne ... c'est super sécuritaire même les usagers sont incapables d'avoir accès à leurs informations
