No rides available??
Love the service the few times I've gotten to use it, but at some point it just started giving me a message saying no rides are available every time I've tried to book one, no matter the time, place, or hour. This app is useless if the service it offers can't even be utilized.

I don’t like how when their here they have to wait 1 min for you before they would wait 5 min and I don’t like how they can’t go anywhere outside of central. If’s there’s a specific location you need to go to they will always take you to the wrong location and I tell them I’m supposed to go there and they’ll be all like it says your drop off it right here and it’s just frustrating I don’t recommended this app for public transportation

Excellent service very prompt. You even get a free bus pass with paid rides. A real game changer..
Services In high demand
Whenever I try to book a ride, it says it’s in high demand and can’t be used. I try over and over again to make it work, but it still stays the same thing. I end up having to wait for long times to get picked up and just end up giving up and not booking a ride. I don’t know if it’s glitching or if there really is no ride available, but something should be done so people don’t have to wait long times. Other than that, it works well and takes you to your designated place.

The best travel ever
The people are really nice also if you are a k-12 student you may ride the bus for 2 dollars which is amazing because you may get around for really cheap
Price increase
San Bernardino prices are going up so I now have to play double the price just for my driver to show up over half an hour late??? If it was a one-time thing I’d understand but the driver always waits until after the pick up window has long since passed. If you try to leave a complaint, surprise surprise, no response. Now I’m paying double for this? There’s absolutely no reason for this.

The concept is nice but needs a lot of improvements one should be able to decide closest virtual bus stops
I had my address under pickup and it finalized a virtual bus stop 20 minutes away from home when there was a 6 minute bus stop a lot closer to home. A lot of issues with that from people who use it in the Bloomington area

Worst app ever
Doesn’t even work the slightest bit. It literally Says there are no routes . Need rebuild this app from the bottom up .
