Disappointing
My first experience with On Air Parking was outstanding.
Unfortunately, my most recent experience was very disappointing.
When I arrived at the parking facility, I was told I needed to pay an additional daily fee for an oversized vehicle. My $172 parking expense turned into a $304 expense. I ended up not parking at the lot. And it does turn out there was a warning that there may be an additional fee for oversized vehicles buried in the fine print. I do think the app should ask what vehicle you are planning to park and present offers that accurately reflect how much it will cost to park. I reached out to customer service to better understand what happened and I am still waiting for a response.

Great experience
Used online service a few times and works great for the places I chose to park. Of course the shuttle etc depends on which location and rating you pick. Will use again and hope app works as good as online booking.
Pick up Fail
I was told to call when we were ready for pick up at cruise port and after waiting 1.5 hours we ended up calling an uber which cost us more money just to get back to our car. Who knows what time they ended up showing up or if they did.
Great price
We use On Air 8-10 times a year and have been very happy with the shuttle service and security of the lots
Tailpipe Cut Off - my bad for using this service
My tailpipe was cut off along with my catalytic converter. That’s great. Of course Delta Hotel by Marriott in Indianapolis isn’t responsible. I figured a decent hotel would be better than some of the less traveled motels I’ve been parked at. No actually. The less costly places are aware of possible thefts and keep an eye out. No one lurks on their lots. This place, corporate, people just work and go home. No one actually takes ownership. Negative rating. Now where’s the contact info for this parking company.
