Best App for Progressive Muscle Building
I have been using Frank’s apps for a couple of years now. This is his latest upgrade. I have seen a 40% increase over weight lifted this time last year.

I have been a gym rat for decades. Frank Baresich put a tremendous amount of research into this app. Weight and reps and tracked and incrementally increased. I am lifting more than I did 40 years ago. I highly recommend this app. A smart way to build muscle. Thank you!
