Get your loan down , they rob you with some kinda fee .. unknown .. trying to figure it out … mine was at 3,200$ …. 9 days later 4,650$ … no one will tell you why …. AVOID THIS PLACE LIKE THE PLAGUE !!!!!

Interest disgustingly high. I realize borrowing this money from OMF was not a benefit nor solution to my situation. Their “help” has cost me more in the long run.
Over payment
I made 2 payments on my account I contacted one main and spoke to the manager Stephanie and she stated she needed a statement that shows that the payments aren’t pending but they were settled the next day. I explained that my checking account is overdrawn and they didn’t care. So I regret trusting them with the customer service as of right now and there lack of customer service I don’t recommend one main

Offer clearly said unsecured but it was not.
Mathew call me, asked for car documents after it said unsecured loan was approved and then denied it because i did not want to give my car’s docs, fico score of 714

Open when ai login! The Face ID does not work! It consistently refuses to open upon login! Have to repeatedly try to login! Then I go to change password & it says not to use original password! Then it opens!
I can’t tell you how aggravating this app is to try & use!

Currently on disability, I pay for the disability insurance in case of something like this to happen and I’ve been getting harassing phone calls my account manager has been very nice and understanding with me and she tells me to hang on a minute and apparently her boss gets on the phone to talk to me and start threatening me and telling me that he’s just going to make the decision to repo the truck that I use for collateral and cancel my disability insurance that I have been paying for for the last four years. Then proceeds to hang up on me.. mind you I am only $98 behind on my payment payments. completely unprofessional and would never recommend to use this company because this is not the first time.
