Currently on disability, I pay for the disability insurance in case of something like this to happen and I’ve been getting harassing phone calls my account manager has been very nice and understanding with me and she tells me to hang on a minute and apparently her boss gets on the phone to talk to me and start threatening me and telling me that he’s just going to make the decision to repo the truck that I use for collateral and cancel my disability insurance that I have been paying for for the last four years. Then proceeds to hang up on me.. mind you I am only $98 behind on my payment payments. completely unprofessional and would never recommend to use this company because this is not the first time.
