Got pre approved for a loan and then got denied after providing all documentation and customer service was rude towards the end of the process.

Don’t get the loan. It’s hard to pay off they will charge the interest regardless if you want to pay early

Could be one of the worst places to get a loan. Make all your payments, need to refinance… not so fast. Our mission is to improve the financial wellbeing of hardworking Americans… or is it. A mission that you don’t even follow unless you have collateral.
