I always have issues with logging into the app with face id and then it never accepts my password when I try to type it in.

I’m shocked that I can give a positive review of One United Bank since I used to experience bad customer service and a horrible phone system. Now, much better customer service that gives you the correct answer and a phone system is having you talk to the right staff not wrong customer support team or wrong department. I hope One United Bank stay customer friendly with right information and keep the new good phone system.

Home Screen don’t have nothing to see I can’t see my deposits and you guys take too long to pay. I’ll be taking my money out soon
Always Work
I love the card options! My account is always functioning. Wish they had more local facilities, I believe they only have two. Aside from that my account always work and there hasn’t been any hiccups I can think of.

This app really sucks you can’t get your bank statements you really can’t do anything this app needs to be updated seriously
Crashes a lot
I like the app, but can we get an update because it has some bugs and glitches. Then it crashes a lot.
Behind the times
If you don’t have a California identification, you cannot open a CD. You can withdraw your funds as I did but, you can’t open a certificate of deposit. Not to mention Docusign. Why should I be surprised!

They have great customer service and are very helpful.
Terrible bank
This bank making it extremely difficult to close out your account. It is such an inconvenience banking with them, there are no near by atms that you can deposit money into your account. I’ve had too many issues with them. I’m done! Now that I stopped my direct deposit now the app doesn’t work to access the little money that I have left. Worked fine before I stopped the direct deposit.

Disappointing
The last time I will EVER support a black business. It’s literally going to be a month since I ordered this card. I can’t connect to other accounts, I can’t move money. One thing you don’t do is play with somebody money. Unprofessional,unreliable, worse experience with a bank of my life
Was Good at First
I’ve been a member and using the app for roughly two years now. For the since May or so I have not been able to view any account balances on the app nor online. I have been told about two months ago that they are a water of this and have no timeframe or updates of when the problem will be resolved. I was never notified that this issue was happening or that they were on top of it, which feels unprofessional for such a well known company to not have the courtesy to do so. I’ve been having to use the phone service to check account information. I have since withdrawn all funds and unlinked all other accounts. I loved the idea of banking black and the resources that are on the app. I don’t want to close accounts but I can’t bank like this. Also noticing they have no longer been responding to reviews on here either. Does not appear to be doing well overall.

One united gives bad custom experience. Almost impossible to speak to a human rep. They are not knowledgeable passing the issue to any system automated. Any request TO A HUMAN you are forwarded to submit online, email etc.
The online system does not pay bills on time IF AT ALL!!!! Stealing the money never paying the payee. Again all inquiries are fwded to any system automated!
The online system also does not transfer money to accounts and request. Completed robotically run! One united is not properly monitored or run by a human or intelligence. Too many hiccups the customer pays for. I’ve accumulated fees, unreceived funds transferred amd no response compassion or even apology from one united. H. O. R. R. I. B. L. E!!! DO BETTER

Direct Deposit
Switched to this bank because I expected pay to con few days early as advertised. 4 dd approaching no early dd.
Issues logging in
I’ve been trying to log in for an hour now. I received the code, reply back and I’m still stuck on the log in screen. It’s annoying, if I knew I would have these problems, I wouldn’t have opened an account.
