Honestly, can’t you just give me a Bluetooth connection without trying to capture my personal information? Don’t need personal information for me to connect to a toothbrush. Do not give these people your personal information. Why in the world would they need your location?!!! They must be up to no good. We will not sign up and sign in. Avoid Oral-B toothbrushes from now on.

Brush head reminder changed
This reminder apparently is now based on calendar days. It used to be based on minutes used which I feel is a much better indicator of wear. The calendar period may be too short for those who brush once a day. It may be too long for those who brush multiple times per day and/or for longer than 2 minutes.
Also update your update history please. I have gotten several update more recent than what is shown here.

Doesn’t pair with smart charger
It pairs with the brush itself but when painting with the smart charger(step 2) it doesn’t work.I’d love to use this app but I can’t get it to work.
App crashes after installing v9.1
Since installing v9.1 app crashes every time I brush.
Good, when works
The app is great, when it works. Only works first time after installed. I’ve been in touch d with tech support for over a month, feel like getting the run around. Very disappointed with Oral B.

Will NOT connect to Alexa
Although cumbersome with several attempts (device resets, etc.) to work through setup, the toothbrush base connects to everything BUT Alexa. The base will not go beyond searching stage in this part of setup. Finally had to skip this feature. Now, while in the app, “Activate Amazon Alexa” button will not even function. Oral B chat representative confirmed my phone is up to date, and claims it is a known bug with the app that will be fixed next week. This product is being sold with a known app issue that means all product features will not work. By the way, Alexa app does not work to “find [this] device,” so that’s not an option either. I will be returning if I was lied to about app bug being worked out next week.

Can no longer sync with Amazon Alexa
The button that says “Activate Amazon Alexa” no longer works. I’ve sent feedback through the app before and never heard back.
Alexa registration issues
Everything worked fine and then all of a sudden the base ‘isn’t registered’. The Alexa says to register use the companion app. Unfortunately the button in the app to add Alexa doesn’t do anything. The Alexa app can’t find the new device either. So Alexa is pretty much useless.
Freeze !
I just bought a Oral-B with Alexia and it seems there’s no way to setup Alexia since your App automatically freeze on my iPhone 13.

Does NOT work to connect Alexa
I have done the steps to connect my Guide to Alexa a million times and it sits there and loads forever. I contacted Oral-B and Amazon and almost sent my toothbrush back. Turns out it's this app on iOS, because I managed to successfully connect my Amazon account for Alexa by using an Android phone to download the app and set up the Guide, then logging into my OralB account on my phone.

Doesn’t Work
Trying to sync but it won’t connect to my charger. It finds the tooth brush but not the charging base of the brush. Very disappointing cause I wanted to see what all this tooth brush offers. Please fix this major issue
Can’t find smart charger
I keep having problems with the smart charger connection. It disconnects and I’ve deleted and redownloaded the app many times, but I can’t connect it still. Please fix this.

It was me I did not have the guide thing so I thought it was a bad app no idea if it’s good or bad but probably good

Not compatible with iOS 15
As the title says. App crashes immediately upon opening. Currently in dental school and received an Oral B genius toothbrush as a gift. I’m sure it could be cool if the app worked. Not impressed.

Does not work for iOS 15 on iPhone, as soon as I open the app, it crashes automatically but on my other devices with iOS 14 it works perfectly fine.
