You can tell that this company is phoning in this app. It needs a lot of TLC. The tap to touch button doesn’t work for the second round of the day. And now every time I try to use the app and walk away and come back to it it totally resets. So I have to keep track of my time on a clock. What’s the point of this app?

Useless
Confusing, buggy, and kind of worthless. I guess I’ll just start a personal log in my notes app or something. With the amount we pay for some plastic to put in our mouths you would think at least the app would be useful.
Start button
Start button is frozen. Not recording any sessions.
App is not good
The Start session button does not work no matter what you try. Have tried rebooting my phone, deleting and downloading the app again. Quite frustrating when you cant register your progress. I use the timer on my phone to keep a track.

Very buggy app - videos don’t play with sound
Lots of issues trying to use this app - freezing up for no reason, refusing to play sound for the in app videos, not accepting password even though it was correct and saved in phone.

The app was better before the update. It is easier for me to use paper and pencil to track my usage than waste my time struggling with this app. This app is absolutely useless!!!!!!!!
changed my mind
i originally gave this up one star because I thought the update was useless and that it had erased all my previous data and progress. I emailed Oralift and they told me to reinstall the app. My data and progress is there!

when i updated the app, all my previous stats disappeared. The new version isn’t saving my wear times, so i have lost important information on my progress. i wish i had kept a separate spreadsheet!!!!
Terrible update
I havent been able to use the app since the update. I have been in touch with support. They are kind and tell me they are working on it. It’s been two weeks now. Doesn’t bode well for my confidence in Oralift. I wear this device diligently but the app doesn’t work.
Update is worse than original
Please go back to the very faulty original app, it functioned better than this update! Why on earth would anyone want to record SECONDS in their wear time? All my progress is gone, too. The timer used to stop on its own according to the set time and now it has to be manually stopped. Complete garbage.

Worthless App
Rarely works, constantly have to delete and reinstall, no customer support only excuses and this has been going on for years. Not worth the time and effort to deal with it’s constant failure
Records Not Found
Trying to load the charts and telling me records not found. Then it says please wait while data is loading but is stuck there.
Really bad app
Product is really good, but the app really stinks. I wish they’d work on fixing it. One day I lost all my progress, just kept saying it was loading and never did. At least my pics were still there. That’s too bad but on a year now still using it

Nothing works
Couldn’t upload photos. wouldn’t report the touch test. Didn’t get past that part. Now depending on you tube uploads without even a playlist there to find the videos consecutively that could help
No audio

The device is amazing. Unfortunately the company is not. The app does not work, you have to watch instructional videos but the videos have NO audio! So tacky and unprofessional. Go to YouTube and learn how to use device there. Such a shame.
Horrible and frustrating
It’s so buggy. On top of that there’s no audio on the videos they say you need to watch. I can’t even get past the onboarding phase. Regret purchasing this.
