Can’t pay on app

Unreliable.

I placed an order at an hotel recently for my kids. After an hour there was no sign of the food. When I rang the restaurant I was told no food had been prepared as the order had not come through from Jo app even though I’d been charged . This is not the first time I’ve had issues with this app. The manager kindly dealt with the issue but I have 2 hungry kids waiting for food abd to go to bed and still no food 90mins after placing the order. Don’t trust the app to deliver the order to the kitchen. Thanks

Horrible customer experience

Unbelievable hard, why this is the only way to order food in a good hotel is really poor

Privacy

I’d ask everyone to read their privacy page before even trying this app. Gone are the days when you could just order in the hotel by speaking to someone. The privacy document clearly states they record your IP address and pass on to 3rd parties. Why they would do this when you simply want to order a burger is anyones guess.

IHG has gone down in my estimation with this play.
