Always Freezing Up
Great app but always freezing up. In the middle of a task and the app will stall up.
False advertising
Don’t bother. I was charged a subscription fee and then asked to pay more not 2 minutes later to access features. This is NOT what was advertised and I’m not happy.

J’ai prit un abonnement de même pas 10 euros et me voilà facturé 19,99 j’ai essayé de résilier est ça n’a pas aboutie c’est bizarre les abonnement. Part la suite il mon soutiré encore 44.99 et 79.99 € J’ai envoyé un email pour un remboursement mais que neni dans mon C** il dise que l’abonnement étais actif alors que j’avais fait la demande de résiliation. Des incapables.

Scam
I did a free trial and cancelled afterwards because I didn’t want to spend that amount of money however a few months later $150 was taken out of my account without authorisation after I cancelled and they were unhelpful and refused to give me my money back. I wouldn’t recommend it to anyone unless you want to be robbed.
Update 6 months later
Even after the issues last time and CANCELLING my subscription they have again taken money out of my account. Someone replied to my review and asked me to email them and I did to which they never replied. DO NOT get this app unless you want them to steal your money

No refund after being sent links and forms.
Put forward a case with customer service, was then provided with a link to put forward a case which I completed, and that included my email address as requested.
Questioned if the link was fake and was misleading with no confirmations in my email provided, they wouldn’t comment regarding the link.
Was then just told no refund.
