Ornament is an incredible health assistant with a brilliant concept for tracking lab results. However, the lack of Arabic language support is a major barrier for millions of potential users in the MENA region. While medical lab terms are universal, navigating the interface, completing the body system surveys, and understanding the detailed health insights would be infinitely better and more accessible in Arabic. Adding Arabic support would unlock a massive, highly engaged market that deeply values health awareness. Please consider adding Arabic in the next updates—it would make a huge difference!

Unclear Subscription Costs
Very disappointing experience. The subscription pricing was not clear, and I encountered unexpected price increases that were not communicated transparently. The app feels misleading, and the overall user experience did not match my expectations. I regret downloading it and would not recommend it

Já uso tem um tempo e na minha conta consigo incluir um perfil pra minha mãe que já é idosa e acompanhar os exames dela junto com o médico. Assim fica mais fácil entender com antecedência se ela precisa de atenção mais rápido. Também acompanho a minha saúde e tem me ajudado muito a controlar meu peso. Realmente recomendo o aplicativo!

Scam
I did a free trial and cancelled afterwards because I didn’t want to spend that amount of money however a few months later $150 was taken out of my account without authorisation after I cancelled and they were unhelpful and refused to give me my money back. I wouldn’t recommend it to anyone unless you want to be robbed.
