The app did not work for me. It is impossible to cancel. Now, i cant even log in.

It’s a scam

You won’t know when you get charged and you don’t see the subscription in Apple subscription list. They don’t have an option to unsubscribe in app or in web and they don’t respond to your request to unsubscribe.

I can’t cancel my subscription

Subscribed a month ago, tried for more than 3 days to cancel my subscription, but the app doesn’t have that option, today I was charged the full price of the subscritipon of something I’m not using and can’t even cancel

Cancellation

Cancellation is a nightmare there is no good way to do it. You have to email support just to cancel and they still have not responded to me this. This app is a scam don’t use it.

Good Customer Service

I used Oryn for approximately a month, and it did help with peaceful content to ease my mind. I chose to cancel the subscription after 1 month as I felt that I had gotten enough from the content. Admittedly, the cancellation process is a bit confusing as I feel that it would be more efficient to give the customer the option to directly cancel within the app (I.e. via a button), but once I reached out to the support team, they very quickly cancelled my subscription as requested. I was impressed with their speedy response and care.

Horrible Scamming App

This application has no business existing , it’s basically total AI slop. The website is useless and doesn’t allow you to do anything , the app also doesn’t provide any information about cancelling. Before you subscribe , be aware you’ll have to fight to hell to get your money back. It’s harder to cancel than Planet fitness. Avoid at all cost.
