Just fix my problem
I have called support three times. No one seems to know how to fix the problem. I placed an order on July 2. I did not receive a confirmation email so I called support. They were going to look into it and call me back. No call back. I called again. Assured me they were going to look into it. Third call to support, the person I talked to said there was a glitch in the system at the time I placed the order and the order was not processed. Okay so now is 14 days later. The items are still showing in my cart and my benefit balance is 0.00. No email and lousy support.
