Easy morning
So far it has been amazing to own. Can set timer for it to go off from the phone and additional watering if needed. So much better than dragging hose and making multiple trips in the morning.
Exceeded expectations
This little robot has delivered. It is flexible, useful, and dynamic. Most of all our yard and our plants and gardens look better than they ever have. We had no idea how much we were underwater. We are able to water lawn potted plants vegetable garden in a 225° radius.

But in the app where you tell it to skip waterings and it does them anyways. What a shame

Easy to install, program and watch your lawn grow without dragging a sprinkler!!
Needs update
No demo mode, spot watering moves a little bit every day and needs to be reaimed
Bait and Switch
Do not buy one of their sprinklers. They marketed this as a smart sprinkler capable of distributing lawn treatments, but within a year of purchase they discontinued that in the app, so you can now no longer apply solutions to your lawn, despite if you bought it before they discontinued it. If I were you, I would never trust anything this company makes again.

Oto Wins!
I’m glad it works as expected. It gets the daily weather report and as we all know, the weather forecast is not always accurate. So, I love that I can push it to water even if the weather man prediction is a one off.

I'm an engineer and love gadgets. This is a very practical, reliable, and simplly a very cool gadget. So, it's more than just a gadget for us. It priceless to get rid for peee small in a garden area with chairs and a lounger and the dognpee all over. Works great. Cons: The apps sometimes takes a few minutes to talk to the unit working. But it always works. I think a software updated is needed. All else is great.

4.0 app renders devices unusable
The 4.0 upgrade to the app renders all of my devices unusable. After reinstalling multiple times and waiting. It will finally show schedules and devices. And the worst part is you can’t submit an issue to OTO unless everything is working fine and you can connect to the device. Please revert to the working app until 4.0 works.

Good but could be better
I love that I can control multiple houses from wherever I am. This makes taking care of my mom’s house so much easier than having to maintain drip lines. Also, my dog kept eating my drip lines, so this has saved me a lot of she’d tears this year over plants dying. The app work good in terms of ease of setup, but I wish it stored schedules under the zones as a multi to one relationship because to make an AM/PM schedule I have to clone the existing zone, making 2 zones for every one in my yard. This leads to my second issue which is that I can’t order the zones to make it easy to either sort by name or time. This sounds small but once you get 4 zones, which becomes 8, the maintenance to make adjustments to one area becomes clunky both because I have to do it twice and also because I have to visually search to figure out where the mate is. It doesn’t sort by name, time, or create date, it’s random and I can’t change it.

Total Garbage
These things are expensive. They no longer support fertilizer. Customer service is a joke. My devices were replaced during the warranty and then stopped working within a year of being replaced. They lied about many aspects of it’s abilities. It reaches no where close to the range they claim. OtO and Rain Bird are COMPLETELY GARBAGE.
