OTR at Marion road and Finniss street is gr8, so easy to get served for coffee , with friendly staff. The scan of the pump for fuel is so easy that I’m away in a few minutes. I sure recommend this station.

App won’t open
Love this app but now it won’t open on my phone. I have deleted it and reinstalled but still won’t work.
Duplicate charge issues
I would strongly caution people about using the OTR app for fuel payments.
On one occasion, I attempted to pay via the app at the petrol station, however the app advised it was unable to process payment and directed me to pay in store instead. I did exactly that and paid at the counter.
Days later, I discovered on my credit card statement that the app had also charged my card, meaning I had been charged twice for the same fuel purchase.
There was no automatic correction, reversal, or notification from the app or store to identify or rectify the duplicate charge. Had I not carefully checked my credit card statement, I would never have known I had been double charged.
To have the matter resolved, I had to contact OTR directly and go through a lengthy process involving multiple emails, providing bank/credit card statements and other information to prove the duplicate payment before receiving a reversal.
What concerns me further is that this has also happened to my sister, which raises questions about whether this is an isolated incident. It makes me wonder how many other customers may have experienced duplicate charges without noticing them.
Based on my experience, I would recommend checking your statements very carefully if you choose to use this payment app.

2x amazing ladies
I just wanted to leave a review for two wonderful ladies that just helped me out and served me at the OTR at Ohalloran Hill. I can't remember their names, which pains me, but the service they provided was so friendly and smiling and went above and beyond. I put fuel on my app, then went in store to pay because I was buying some other things. When I went back to the car and unlocked my phone, it tried to charge me again and it looks like it was getting processed on my phone again, and that I would get charged for fuel twice. They managed to work it out for me and they were just so super helpful. I just wanted to pass on that they're the best, and I'm only going to go and shop at that service station from now on because of the service and the friendliness. Hats off to them, thank you!
