Exceptional Customer Service
Visited your Port Wakefield store twice over the last 4days and each time I was lucky enough to be served by Fredrica aka Fred her thoughtfulness and kindness was was exceptional after enquiring about the purpose of our trip I told her we were travelling to Wallaroo to visit our daughter in law who is in palliative care at the Wallaroo hospital. She told us to sit down and she would bring our order out which she did together with a couple of doughnuts to help cheers us up. Upon visiting again today she remembered us enquired as to how we were feeling.

Love it - very impressed
First time OTR App user for fuel, and I must say, I was surprised in a good way. I initially downloaded it for the car wash a few months ago and hadn’t really thought about the other uses since. I happen to be passing the same location at a time I needed to fill up. I love a discount on anything, but yet again I seemed to have forgotten my RAC card. Anyway, opened the app after pulling up to the pump and gave it a go. So easy to use and to my surprise I got an even better discount than I would have with my RAC card. Very happy with that. Then it felt kind of naughty driving away without having gone into the shop like I’m used to hehe. Great experience and I’ll be using it all the time now.

What an amazing surprise to have won 20c off my fuel yesterday using the app to dispense and pay for my petrol. Thank you OTR! I won’t go anywhere else, especially as by using the app I always get 6c off my fuel purchases. It’s so easy to use too!

Misleading
You have to wait 24hrs to get the discount. Wasn’t visible on the app either. So quite misleading in my opinion.
Broken fuel offering
Not good enough. APP has been broken for 2 months doesn’t work at the bowser as advertised. Missing out on fuel discounts here which lure me from further away.
Unacceptable. Each time I’ve had to go into the station to pay the issue has been acknowledged by staff which means this remains unresolved for 2 months. Luring me there with pretence of a self-serve discount whilst knowing the app is broken (no in-app notification) is tantamount to false advertising

A Fantastic Surprise!
I’ve been using the OTR app because it’s so easy and convenient. I simply pull up to the pump, scan the QR code with the app, and fill up—it’s quick and hassle-free. I had no idea there was even a promotion for free fuel, so winning a free tank was an incredible surprise! I honestly couldn’t believe it at first. It really made my day, and I’ll definitely keep using the app. Thanks, OTR!

Terrible app
I have tried to link cards, pay for petrol even the people in store struggle with this thing disappointing love the store but if I can’t get petrol I will just go these where
Difficulty in using
I followed instructions exactly, got the appropriate responses from in the app but got no fuel discount despite having one. This was the third time I had issues, the first time I had an activated flybuys fuel voucher and apparently this overrides the otr app or so I was told when I phoned. The second time I used the camera in the phone to scan not going from the app so I presumed that was my fault but I did everything right the third time. I am used to using apps and don’t have problems but this one has beat me

I use OTR every fill. Service stations are always clean, paying at pump with app is a no brainer and you always get a discount.
