A Fantastic Surprise!
I’ve been using the OTR app because it’s so easy and convenient. I simply pull up to the pump, scan the QR code with the app, and fill up—it’s quick and hassle-free. I had no idea there was even a promotion for free fuel, so winning a free tank was an incredible surprise! I honestly couldn’t believe it at first. It really made my day, and I’ll definitely keep using the app. Thanks, OTR!

Terrible app
I have tried to link cards, pay for petrol even the people in store struggle with this thing disappointing love the store but if I can’t get petrol I will just go these where
Difficulty in using
I followed instructions exactly, got the appropriate responses from in the app but got no fuel discount despite having one. This was the third time I had issues, the first time I had an activated flybuys fuel voucher and apparently this overrides the otr app or so I was told when I phoned. The second time I used the camera in the phone to scan not going from the app so I presumed that was my fault but I did everything right the third time. I am used to using apps and don’t have problems but this one has beat me

Great System
I use OTR every fill. Service stations are always clean, paying at pump with app is a no brainer and you always get a discount.

Unexpectedly got 10c a litre off my fuel! Love to ease of this app and that it saves me $$$ at the pump.

Love the discounts they give, often 6c off per litre but l recently got 10c per litre off and also the convenience of not having to run into the store to pay..🩷🩷

Requires additional work
The fuel payment system is illogical, prompts dont match stages of payment and the staff in store aren’t able to give direction on its use, as they can’t use it themselves. Don’t waste your time

Wow, I highly recommend the OTR app, you never pay the pump price and some times you can make great savings.

I was extremely impressed with JIYAN this morning when I got my coffees. He was by himself and was getting smashed trying to serve and make coffees at the same time and he was even able to spot a woman stealing chocolates and lollies unfortunately he couldn’t stop her as she legged out the door but he did manage to let her know he saw her again staying composed and juggling a hectic morning. He deserves recognition for his service

Great way not to get discount fuel
So I’ve scan the barcode on the pump. Then start pumping fuel like the app says but when I put the nozzle back when done the app won’t recognise that I am done and I end up having to go into store to pay and don’t get the fuel discount this has happened twice at my local ort and once at ready express

Using the App is so easy for filling up your car, car washes, in store preordering of coffee etc.
I also love the random savings per litre of petrol. Anywhere from 2c minimum to a wonderful surprise of 20c yesterday.
