Easy to use
It’s useful for whenever I’m not at my restaurant. I like the way it’s set up so I can 86 items and check my sales.
Helpful, but lacking many things.
Please add ability to view NET SALES and a way to quickly switch between locations when viewing sales.

Otter is a nice service with a robust Android app. The iOS app however is very limited in functionality and is fairly useless.

Don't ever get involved with this company, it will be the mistake of your life.
Too many missed orders
The app concept is great, but there are too many issues. We’ve had several customers calling about orders placed over two hours ago that still hadn’t arrived, which can be a major setback during peak hours. The integration with the delivery platforms seems unstable, leading to frequent missed orders.

iPhone App doesn’t have all options enabled
Very inconvenient to always go to web browser to see all options, iPhone app doesn’t have all options however android app has many options available

Please add one of the most important metrics - NET SALES. Why can’t we view net sales???
Also it’s a mess separating locations. Individually selecting each locations stores to view them separated is not kosher.

Pretty good for viewing a single location hourly and daily sales. Nice to see real time sales.
Cons
No camera view available in app.
Viewing locations separately is difficult. You have to uncheck every brand for a location you want to view, Not easy at all.
No option to view by net sales instead of gross.
No option to view individual orders.
No menu Managment in the app
No way to pause and unpause stores in the app.
No way to clear notifications.
Tapping on notifications doesn’t take you anywhere (if the notification says order canceled, you should be able to click on it and have it show you the exact order).
It used to say if any stores were paused or closed, that has vanished
Please keep improving the app! It could be so much better!

Completely useless
It never works despite the new update
There is always issue signing in.
The app never accepts the user id and password. There is always an issue signing in doesn’t matter where from(web/app). There is an issue signing in from Google Chrome, as if that was not enough, now their own app isn’t working since last few months to sign in. Made me change password 2 times already and couldn’t sign in, same password works for web version(MS Explorer/Edge or Apple Safari).
