Problème d’API Key sur la recherche
Lors de la recherche sur l’application je rencontre un problème sur la clé api qui est mal formaté, je pense que c’est sûrement un souci du côté de votre client de recherche ou vos clés d’api en interne

Few weeks ago I made a booking for a car which broke down a day after. I had to book another car and I have been refund less the the half of the booking for using 1 day instead of 7.
I have send a mail to OuiCar which only reply « we have processed the refund already » so no way to discuss the refund which is totally unfair as the break down was to my fault.

Je suis propriétaire sur OuiCar depuis de nombreuses années et je n’avais jamais eu de problème jusqu’à maintenant… la gestion a vraiment mal évolué, OuiCar me doit plus de 2000€ de frais de réparation depuis plus de 8 mois. Ils ont accepté de me rembourser suite à un sinistre, mais n’ont pas réussi à prélever l’argent au locataire (qui a bloqué les prélèvements..). Je me retrouve avec un trou immense dans mon compte bancaire. Comme si ce n’étais pas assez, OuiCar ne répond plus à mes mails et ne traitent plus mes nouveaux sinistres… je me retrouve donc avec une voiture abîmé, et des réparations payés de ma poche. Je suis obligé de retirer la voiture de l’application, sinon, ma voiture finira HS et dieux sait combien de temps je vais devoir attendre votre remboursement ! Bref, j’ai pris un avocat qui essayer de récupérer mes 2000€ mais si l’avocat me coûte plus cher, j’y serai forcément perdant… je vous conseil vraiment de ne jamais passer par OuiCar, locataire ou propriétaire, vous y perdrez beaucoup. En tant que locataire, vous avez 1000€ de franchise, donc si vous frottez une roue contre un trottoir, vous perdrez minimum 500€ de l’histoire, donc, passez votre chemin.

OuiCar stole money from my account
I used OuiCar to rent a utility van to move. I rented the van one week prior to my moving date, and validated my drivers license, insurance, etc. I received the confirmation email from OuiCar stating my insurance and reservation were valid. The morning of my reservation, while sitting in the car with the moving van renter, about to start the trip, OuiCar cancelled my reservation. The owner of the van, nor I, cancelled, OuiCar cancelled the reservation. As OuiCar cancelled the reservation within the hour of the start time, OuiCar also refused to refund me any money, per their cancellation policies, even though OuiCar themselves cancelled. Not only did OuiCar steal from me, they also ruined my moving day. OuiCar stole money from me and I’m still fighting to get it back. So far this sham company has done absolutely nothing to assist. In the end, OuiCar stole money and time from me, and has horrendous customer service. OuiCar has caused me severe stress, and also caused stress for their users who rent their vehicles. I will fight this company every single day until I receive the money stolen. If you need a reliable rental, please use another means of renting and do not trust OuiCar. It will save you money and stress.
