Added features would improve this app
The app lacks being personal. You are unable to easily change your name, giving yourself a nickname. You can’t even give yourself a profile or profile picture. This lacks the connection between people. I wish the app allowed you to see who has read your messages in groups and had an opportunity for shouting out and appreciating your team, as well as more reaction options for texts.

Money hungry
Unfortunately there are a lot of free apps that do almost everything this app can do, unfortunately when we tried to cancel our membership due to financial constraints, I had missed the cancellation window of 90days. I atleast had hope that maybe they’d only charge me for two months of service but instead they charged us for a whole year.
The per user charge is a bit archaic- dated , so as we grow this service becomes to expensive.
The best to ing about this company is that they do have personal developers to help you build what you need, but unfortunately they get greedy and can’t adjust a subscription charge.
So as a result I am actively telling people to avoid this company and services.

Needs major improvements
It doesn’t work properly, I got email to sign documents but not documents to read then to sign.

The Our People App adds an extra layer of fun to my job. I look forward to Bingo, Safety Quizzes and Game tickets! Great idea btw

App is okay but keeps freezing atm can’t see messages or pics in the groups I’m in just a black screen could you try and fix this asap as i can’t use it now
EASY!
This app is so simple and easy to use! Love the fact that it’s easy to scan and see which shifts are available, which you’ve declined and which you’ve accepted. We used to use an app that not only kept showing you shifts that had been accepted but ones that had already passed! It was so confusing trying to sift through them to find the valid ones. This app is awesome!!

Why this app ?
I was forced to download from my company in order to have some sort of update ,probably they are getting some commission from it...

Good app
Used this app this week in my role in NHS. Works well, delivers concise work info without any distractions of chat etc. Streamlined app is fairly easy to use.
Slow, not helpful notification and repeating the read message as unread
Take over huge storage space on the phone! 11GB!! Cannot do any more apps
Would be helpful if it shows which studio notification it is when pop on banner

So close to being awesome
The idea of this app is fantastic, but it’s lacking so many basic features. I can’t tag people in group text so they know I’m talking to them. I know it’s simple, but you can’t like someone’s comment to acknowledge it. And pictures do not automatically load, you have to click and download them. An update to these items would take it to 5 star.

Missing bits and bobs
The app is not as slow as it was but now I’ve deleted twice and still I’m not an admin and I can’t look for cover for my shifts.
I’m not entirely sure why it does that and it seems to be only my problem, that’s not good enough though!
Any suggestions are more than welcome!
Also there isn’t a way to divide the cards of shifts that have been assigned and shifts that are not relevant to me at all!
There should be a slot where the confirmed cards are quickly available without have to search them through a hundreds of cover requests!

Great idea and execution
This app is easy to use, intuitive and pretty! I love being able to get in touch with my coworkers easily, all in one place. I don’t like having to text them all or use archaic forms of communication to keep in touch and get coverage. Latest patch increased the speed of the app exponentially and I’m really looking forward to what’s to come. Thanks Our People well done.

Good idea, app works well
Useful when co-ordinating multiple workers on a shift rota. I work in the healthcare system and find the secure messaging ability useful - saves on using WhatsApp and gives us more control over messages. Will continue using. Had no problems with speed/loading etc.
