Outstanding CRM

I’ve worked with multiple CRM’s and this is the first that actually has a well thought out UI - the bonus of the gamification aspect to keep reps competitive as well is a huge bonus ! Well done team!

Would not recommend

This app is fantastic, in theory. In practice it has so many backend issues. It loves to be slow & glitchy even when on a strong data signal. For data collection I’ve heard it’s fantastic. That said, I work on the data entry end of the app & have had so many issues over the last year. It would be great if Outfield ensured that this app runs as designed but they seem more interested in taking your money than solving the problems with their product
