Not Happy

The app decided to update halfway through the day today (on its own, I don’t have automatic update set for it) and now the app won’t open! I have turned my device on and off countless times and still the same thing! I use this for appointments in my salon and now I can’t book appointments or see what clients are coming for!

Wish everything was accessible by app

This app is great, but it would be a lot more useful if all the pro features actually worked on the app. Having to switch to the browser version while still on my phone and then having that version not work well on mobile means that the pro version is at best super inconvenient and at worst pretty useless if you have an iPhone or iPad to run your business with. I’m not an app developer so I have no idea what the reasoning is for this, maybe it is hard to fix? But it really takes a lot away from what would be an otherwise perfect app.

Unhappy

I am already frustrated with this app because I can’t even log in. I’m using the credentials straight from the email I’ve been given and it won’t work, yet I am able to log in through the computer without any problems. Why do I have to log in with a set of random numbers instead of my email like I can through my laptop? Of course there is no way to contact help so I’m not able to do anything with appointments until I can get to a desktop/laptop.
