Floor pad
I purchased a floor pad, with my runner.. in description it was suppose to not move. However, we had several people almost fall. When I called to return this Merchandise and explained it was faulty not doing what it was advertised. The $30.00 item was going to cost me $15.00 to return.
He did try to help, by only charging Me $11.00. Do to this return fee, I will not be ordering from Overstock again. Then I was told even after they receive my merchandise it could still take 2-3 days to process my Credit after it's inspected. Unlike Amazon who processes your Credit the minute it's shipped.

Furniture is garbage
Ordered 8 chairs. 2 were defective out of the box, returned. The paint on the rest started peeling after 4 months. Would not repair or return.
Shipping return cost unreasonable
I bought 2 couches they were subpar quality and when I went to return them they wanted to charge me $215 to return them. Then the agent poorly attempting to help hung up on me.
Unable to create account
The fields for email and password hide the autofill buttons on IOS so I’m unable to create an account.
AVOID! Pathetic return policy, and Worse than no support for products - LYING support!
I bought a couple of stools for my studio, not realizing that their average/decent return policy has basically turned into no support whatsoever. The stools arrived, it took me a couple of weeks to get them put together - and then they broke less than 2 months later. That’s when I discovered that their return policy is now only 30 days - on furniture!! I called customer support anyways, and customer service rep Lerato first said the return window was past and then said that they could send a replacement. I thought “oh good, they still actually stand behind their products”…. But then the same customer rep sent me a message the next day saying that they couldn’t replace and that I was out of luck because it was past the “30 day window”. Seriously?! No warranty or support for FURNITURE that broke within a couple of months?!? I will NEVER buy from their company again!!!

Do not shop here.
They sold me as a final sale an used Gucci sandal! I was terrified when I saw the soles, I emailed them right away and all they had to say it’s they don’t take back final sale. Horrible customer service and zero liability.

Easy to shop and buy but confirmation email never arrives or password reset emails???
Scam Site
If you click on any of the listed items it takes you to a spoofed site and asks for PayPal then overcharges you. Sister bought something for 100 and got charged 1000. Whether it’s intentional or garbage coding from the app letting them in, stay away

Glitchy
When I click on an item, the app keeps trying to reload all the pictures and I end up just having to go back to search results. The site works better.
Takes me back to the beginning
I’m in the app for a while shopping. Then a glitch takes me back to the beginning. 3rd time this has happened. Hence the 3 stars. Makes it difficult to shop having to start from the beginning 3 times. You have a lot of stock, it strains my eyes having to look at the same things 3 times. Time consuming, so I gave up…

App is awful!
The app makes it impossible to search for anything. Even after updating, still getting the annoying “O no! We are temporarily unable to communicate with the server. Please try again later.” Fine, Overstock, I will try my search again…on a different app.

Filters reset constantly
Really annoying. I can only scroll so far before the filters resetting and it throws me back to the beginning.

I’m trying to love this app. I literally downloaded it 20 min ago and it has already reset itself TWICE while I’m looking (scrolling through) items. I’ve lost my interest because it went back to square one! Maybe I’ll try again another day…
