Makes it a super easy to open an account but impossible to close it - Only needs a OTP to open an account but demands you fill a long complicated form with lots of unnecessary information and private data to close it, like requiring a photo id and a photo of you with your photo id.
This is 2025 - no one should be asking you for this type of private data; especially when it’s clearly incompetent at keeping it safe.
Clearly this is a tactic to stop people from closing their accounts.

One possible improvement is to remove promo when opening the App. You can display the promo after 10-15 second instead.

Popups and ads
I don’t need a bunch of popup ads and advertisements. SometimesI need to click several ads away just to get to the things I want to do. This is not customer friendly. It’s just greed and corporate idiocy. I just need to use the app for money. This isn’t a social media app nor a shopping app. STOP THE MADNESS!!!

ini mungkin aplikasi paling tidak worth it, tidak ada gratis biaya transfer, transaksi pending hingga 2 hari saldo tidak kembali, jauh beda dengan ewallet lain dengan proses yang cepat, bad app 🙂↔️
Lagged transactions
It happened two times. The transaction was processing for about five hours and it was successful at 23:45. By the time I was forced to pay again, which means I paid two times for the same product. Now, I have to wait for a month to get the money refunded. It’s embarrassing, is it the quality of your service. Provide an option to cancel the transaction under process in the app itself if there is a glitch. Or set a time limit cancel automatically if it doesn’t process in five minutes. Please improve 🙏🏼

Though there are language options of Bahasa and English , the latter one is still showing Bahasa.
This app doesn’t support English language!
I can’t believe this app doesn’t support English language! They can’t imagine that there are some real non Indonesian people who uses the app! So stupid! Funny thing it’s partnered by Grab! I doubt Grab know about this!

Makes it hard to delete account
Makes it near impossible to delete account. Have to call in and make sure 0 left. Why cant i just close my account. But part of grab so what should i expect. Horrible practice and customer service.
