Confusing guidance
Could be so good but the guidance is really confusing. Was disappointed!
No offline capability
This app has some good aspects, like timed walking/breathing exercises. However if it's not connected to wifi, it stops working, which isn't ideal for walking outside, or users who live rurally.
Needs work
Potentially this is a great app and at first it appears very well put together. Unfortunately after only a couple of days of trying to follow a breathing plan, I’m finding the explanations of some of the exercises self contradictory and confusing. E.g. one exercise involves breathing into your cupped hands, just a nose full of air( ie a tiny volume ) but at the same time the instructions tell you that you should feel the exhaled air filling your hands. Well, my nose is not so big that a nose full will fill my cupped hands. Also, if I only breathe a nose full at a time, it’s almost like holding my breath completely, so I’m oxygen starved within a few seconds. As the exercise is only supposed to produce tolerable air hunger for someone with my Bolt score, I assume either the description of the exercise is wrong or the app is a bit glitchy. I’m experiencing this problem with one exercise in every daily breathing plan so far. I’m thinking of abandoning the app and just sticking with the basics that the breathing coach gave me in our face to face fee paying session.

Full of unfulfilled promise
This could be so much more. Unfortunately the slide bars on the daily readiness score are clunky compared to before, it’s not updated very often. I frequently get something went wrong when completing exercises. It’s lacking integration with Apple health and Apple Watch. It’s need a strong network connection not always possible when out walking. The instruction videos are a full length training tutorial so not suitable as a quick reminder and the main biggest gripe is the synchronicity of the audio files for the exercises meaning some instructions are late or missed altogether so you can’t sit calmly and follow instruction with eyes closed you need to watch the screen.
