Aaaand it’s broken
Got a new phone and tried to pair app to earbuds and nothing has worked. Followed all instruction videos for resetting the case. Unpaired it with my phone, reset case manually, tapped the case like instructed, still no luck getting app to function with earbuds. Earbuds are pairing to phone and app somehow, though, since at some point during the resetting they will start playing Ozlo music. So now I have an expensive brick.

Near Perfect

Frustrating
These are the best sleep buds, low profile, great noise cancelling. But Bluetooth connection issues are continuous.
One update and bluetooth works, another update and they connect even when in the box. Another update and they cut off Bluetooth after a couple of minutes.

Sleep
I’m an RN working nightshift which means sleeping during the day. It’s a difficult thing to do, the sun is out, the rest of the lives on per usual, and there can be so much noise. I thought I could solve both of these problems with a mask but it wasn’t for me as a side sleeper. These buds are amazing at blocking out sound, more so when audio is being played, but I digress. They’re extremely lightweight to the point you forget they’re in your ear and when I lay my head down on my pillow theres no discomfort, just nice noises to listen and relax to. Very happy I stumbled upon them (thank you Lindsey/Scrubhacks on YouTube, would never have known about them otherwise) a long time goal of mine has been to improve my sleep quantity and quality and these buds are helping take a big step in both directions. Stops from cat from waking me up
My cat thinks I should wake up to play with her at midnight and 5 am every day. She’s been destroying my sleep for years. I have tried everything, but nothing works. Until Ozlo. Best sleep of my life.
Inconsistent & Buggy
These disconnect constantly and don’t work with other apps at all. I’ve followed every troubleshooting guide multiple time and keep hoping the next firmware update will resolve these basic issues, but nope. It doesn’t seem like basic improvements are a priority. So unfortunate and disappointing too because these could be so great. They disrupt my sleep so much I gave up on them.

Sweet Dreams
These Sleepbuds are super comfortable and easy to use. I utilize a number of gadgets to sleep: AC unit, and a cooling device for my mattress and these buds drown out the noise with soothing masking sounds. I’ve just started using them and so far I am loving them!
Does not stay connected
How can I fall asleep if the moment I take the connected earbuds out of the case and place in ears… the app say to put back in case and reconnect…. Every single time I try to use this product. Customer Service lacking
I have been having issue with the ear buds for some time. Customer service sent some steps but the problem was not resolved. In responding and reaching out via multiple channels, silence. My buds won’t work for longer than three minutes and customer service is as silent as my buds.

Love/hate/love
Love these guys kept the Bose dream alive!! Hate that i have to slide the lid open, then closed, then wiggle the buds, then open and close a few more times, to activate a basic white noise. Bose Killed them on this feature. I used to slide the lid open put a bud in the ear and white noise was going. This is just a frustration disaster. I don’t want bluetooth transmitting all night to my head. Just want a default “on” when removed. Without having to hold my mouth just right and count the flashes.

Break Easily
I want to review these higher, but two pairs have just stopped working one day within 6 months of purchase. That’s too fast to die for the price.

Sleepbuds disconnect immediately after removal from case
Not sure if this is an app or firmware issue, but I’m putting it here anyway. In the past month or so, my Sleepbuds no longer stay connected outside of the case at all. I used to be able to change the volume/sleep sound/alarm etc. while wearing them, at least for a brief period. Now they insta-disconnect when I put them in my ears, making it impossible to change the volume or anything else without putting them back in the case. Unacceptable.

Buds work well for their intended purpose
The Bluetooth implementation is straight from 1968. They connect when the case is closed. When the case is opened and then closed and the app was not yet open they don’t connect. Bluetooth connectivity is a mess.
So I now need a new iPad?
So you are telling me I can’t use your earbuds now because I can’t upgrade the iOS because I have an older iPad?? That is some b.s. right there. You mean I can’t use them AT ALL!!?? That sucks. Theme to find a new sleep earbud that won’t make me spend even MORE money.
They were the best until they weren’t
I loved these things, they were the most comfortable sleepbud I ever tried (and I tried a lot!) they don’t make my ears itch and I can’t even feel them when they are in. I loved that I could stream whatever sound I wanted and then it would sense when I fell asleep and switch to another ambient sound of my choice. It was just enough to drown out my snoring husband without intruding on my sleep. However, recently the left bud has stopped connecting. I have tried all the troubleshooting steps and reached out to support 3 times. I have never heard back. I am so disappointed because these were the answer to my sleep woes and now I am back to trying to sleep through the sound of a freight train every night. I’m also mad because these were so expensive and they are broken in less than a year. Lastly, it’s so upsetting that support will not even respond. Based on that I would have to advise people not to buy these.

Incredible… I use to have the Bose sleep buds which were discontinued and these are way way way better and so much more comfortable. Absolutely love them. Brilliant quality and features.
Terrible ux for adding or updating sounds
You can’t have them in your ears while adding new sounds. Space is limited so you need to remove one to add one. It takes several minutes each time and you can’t do anything else while waiting for them to transfer/update.
Please find a way to update in the background or at least allow me to do other things in the app or in my phone while a sound transfers or updates.
