Love this Resort
We came as a group of 8. Every year for my birthday I bring my sisters /husbands and any other family member who wants to come. We have really enjoyed our stay. Everything is mostly close enough to walk even with bad knees.
Now let me say…there have been a few issues/problems in our room's but as soon as they were notified someone came and fixed the problem. The only other negative think I can say is there needs to be more steps or ramps in the pools for folks with medical issues and in the theater. And a few more elevators.
It has been really nice seeing the lifeguards and very helpful and friendly staff.
In the spa for massages were Marcia and Sonique They both gave a great massage. My husband and I both had two massages and I’ll go again if we have time.
Poolside at the members only pool Andrea’was totally awesome! Loved his friendliness and him being eager to please the whole group! I’d give him a raise. Lol
The main pool Errol was great to work with on anything. Loved talking to him etc.
I’m totally sure we will all be back next year. Keep up the good word.
