Fraud app

I have transferred my money from Australia to India on 24/08/2026. But I haven’t received in my Indian account, and there is no update. So since 5 days I’m trying to reach out to customer service but the AI told every time that customer service is busy and take 2 business days to respond. So I had messaged 100 times. But waste of time, and they scammed me. So never trust on any Chinese app again 🙏

Account Under Review, Money Locked, No Timely Resolution

Panda Remit allowed me to make a transaction before my account was approved. Since yesterday, my account has remained “Under Review,” and my money has been locked. Customer support keeps saying they have followed up and that the verification will be completed within 2–3 hours, but even after waiting 6-8 hours, there has been no update.

They also told me that the review is delayed because it is the weekend. If account verification cannot be handled on weekends, then Panda Remit should not advertise or imply a 24/7 service without clearly stating that account reviews are unavailable during weekends. Customers should not be allowed to transfer money before their account is fully verified if the funds will then be locked.

Overall, this has been a very frustrating experience due to the lack of transparency, delayed verification, and my money being inaccessible.

As for "allowing order to cause fund freezing before audit, we allow accounts that are not fully Approved to initiate order first. the original intention is to save time for users. account opening audit and order run synchronously. order processing will only be processed after account opening authentication is completed. this process fails to fully consider the inconvenience caused to you by fund freezing when the audit fails. we have recorded and promoted optimization. Indeed, it may take a long time to open an account for non-workday reasons. We apologize for this. We will further optimize the processing flow in the future to reduce the waiting time of users as much as possible. Please send the order number and register Mobile Number to the customer service email service@pandaremit.com, we will arrange special personnel to give you priority, we once again solemnly apologize for the inconvenience caused to you.

This app is heavily used by scammers. Many of the menus don’t translate properly. The app discusses refunds but doesn’t clearly state the process and they are not willing to help in the event you are scammed. Be prepared to work with your bank if funds are stolen.

从未经历过整个订单没有人处理不停在AI客服的引导下重复无数遍同样的回答。并且还没有电话客服可以联系提供帮助，已经在这个app上转账近80000了，第一次遇到如此夸张的问题

Customer service

It took time to complete the remittances because to the receipt-ant country rules. But, the customer service operator don’t have good way of handling the request. They have been asking for the same ID documents continuously for 3 days. Still they said me that i provide the expired documents. Very bad ways of mananing the request.

Plaid broken for DCU & No manual ACH backup! ❌

Trying to link my DCU bank account via Plaid completely fails. It keeps giving a "wrong username/password" error even though my credentials are 100% correct. To make matters worse, Panda Remit doesn't offer a manual routing/account number link with micro-deposits like every other major remittance app does. Please fix the Plaid integration for credit unions and add a manual verification fallback. Right now, the app is completely unusable for me.

骗子骗子骗子！！！不要相信他们不要用他们家汇款！客服耍无赖，邀请新人奖励是假的。我朋友注册并且汇款成功之后我问客服奖励什么时候到账，客服要了我朋友的手机号查完跟我说要等汇款到账，今天汇款到账了却说我朋友没有填写邀请码？？我亲自拿他手机点我分享的链接一步一步注册账号下载app，注册页面也显示了我的邀请码，现在告诉我没有邀请码。客服一直踢皮球不解决问题，垃圾

Rubbish App

It always shown exchange rates between this app and bank app’s rate.i just installed this app since my bank app’s has bad exchange rates.i just downloaded this app to try find out whether it is had a good exchange rates with lower transaction fees or not. The first time when i made transactions,it has zero transaction fees but when i start to make the second transactions it has higher transaction fees and when i tried compare the amounts with my bank app’s exchange rates ,it shown my bank app’s has to pay less whereas this panda remit app i have to pay more including for its transaction fees. Hence,i would rather use my bank app instead of this trash remit app.

Horrible customer service and misinformation. When I sent money to my own Alipay, there was zero information about the fact that the money won’t go into my Alipay wallet. It will go to some sort of travel wallet that can only be used if you are physically in China for a non-Internet related pay. I was trying to get customer service to help, I had to beg the AI half a dozen times before they transfer me to the customer service who basically told me there’s nothing they can do, even though they knew only Chinese residents can receive the money, they did not have any warning before the money was sent. And I’m now stuck with this money in this travel account that I can never use. 我要打钱到我自己的支付宝，但我不是中国居民，打款的时候他一步只是申请什么，但是没有说过旅行钱包这么一回事，后来钱打完了进了一个根本用不了的钱包，他们就说不关他们的事，评分也只有满意和非常满意，简直就是草台班子
