Horrible Customer Service

I purchased an eclipse approximately 60
days ago. I purchased a leather strap to wear with it. When the product finally arrived the strap was HUGE and did not fit a women’s wrist. I could not wear it. Apparently Panther only markets to men. But here is a hint — successfully women purchase this product as well. When I contacted Panther they told
me they would send me a flexible fabric strap free of charge. Nearly a month later i am still waiting for it. I went on the website and paid
for a flexible fabric strap that was delivered within days — i guess
if you pay for something Panther will respond quickly. Once I received the new strap it was still very large — but not
as large as the leather strap — so i tried to wear the device.
It DOES NOT WORK!!! The eclipse would not sync with my apple health account despite the fact that it was connected to blue tooth and connected to my Apple health account. It said i had 4000 steps when my Apple Watch said i had 9000 steps. Finally it got stuck and did not and has not updated
for 3 days. I have deleted and reinstalled the panther app to no avail.
Most concerning however is despite the fact that i have sent numerous emails to customer service , Panther cannot be bothered to respond to me. I have not heard from them yet.
So buyer beware— their advertisements are false and their customer service sucks!! If i could give it 0 stars i would!

Great but a few growing pains

I switched to panther about two months ago. I came from Whoop. I’ve had two updates so far. With both of the updates, I had to uninstall the app, reboot, reinstall it re-login and reboot again in order for it to keep syncing with Apple health. I hope they work this issue out and I’m sure they will. It would also be nice to have more workout options that are nontraditional like housework or gardening.

Love it, just need more control!

I love the design of tracker! Only thing I’d change is being able to move the cards around.
I really wanna have my stress card show up first.
Still, awesome app overall!

Good Job Panther Team

Have run into a few issues over time, but the Panther team has been super proactive about addressing and fixing things. Great Job Panther Team!

Really want to like this app

There are a number of pros for this device and app, but there are some almost deal killing bugs. The latest update is super buggy, and has made my Apple health data all wacky. Will revisit once fixed…

Update is not working with everything

At first I loved this band but now this new update, I hate this now. Because, nothing is working now and no one will respond. I can’t get blood pressure readings on Apple now

LOVE the update!

With this new update, the app FINALLY matches the beauty of the band. Definitely looks like a modern app now with nice features. Thank you for listening to your community, and make an updates to the app! Look forward to further improvements. Definitely a huge step in the right direction, keep it up, and I see you guys blowing up in the fitness tracker world. Would like to see strava integration somewhere down the line!

Great product and app

The functionality is straightforward and the wearable is sharp and elegant. Well done Panther Team!

Polished, Strong First Impression

First, congratulations to the Panther team for successfully streamlining this project and delivering a polished product. The device itself makes a strong first impression—the metal casing feels solid and well-designed, and it sits comfortably on the wrist. The leather strap is decent in quality and fits well, though a slightly more premium feel would elevate the overall experience.

Setup was smooth: charging was quick and straightforward, and syncing with the iOS app took only moments. Over the last several hours, the activity tracking metrics (HRV, blood oxygen, heart rate, etc.) have matched closely with my Apple Watch—an encouraging sign of accuracy.

The app interface is clean, intuitive, and so far glitch-free. Navigating device settings, such as enabling or disabling SMS, alarm, and phone notifications, is simple and clearly laid out.

Overall, the Panther Eclipse is off to a very good start. I’m looking forward to putting it through its paces and providing a more in-depth review once I’ve lived with it a bit longer.
