I have been using the paperless app for years! I use it absolutely every day! I keep my running grocery list., I even have a list for the things I can NEVER remember!! 😂

Lost without it!
I’ve been using this app for many years now, it’s simple to use and I rely on it so much from my to-do list, keeping records of Christmas presents, which paints were used in various rooms to holiday packing checklist! Massive thank you to the developer and his team for creating such a wonderful App!

Simplicity ftw!

Shopping list
This is an old app and hasn’t been updated for a while, but it still works well. I have had so many grocery list apps, but I keep returning to Paperless. I’ve made two grocery lists on it. One as a Mater list and another for current needs. I find it very easy to copy what I want from the master list to the current one. I have space with each item to make notes on where I shop for it and other details. This possibility for other types of lists is endless. It’s a good solid app that doesn’t over complicate things that would make it more difficult to use. I’ve had plenty of those but keep returning to Paperless.

BEST LIST APP
I am a rather fanatic list maker. I have tried a LOT of list apps and there is no comparison. This the BEST list app, period. It syncs with Dropbox so you can continue your lists on any device and it syncs. I have everything from groceries to my bucket list on here. HIGHLY RECOMMEND.

Brilliant list app
Jan2026: I've been using Paperless since someone recommended it back in 2012. I think I would be armless without it. I use it for lists of everything conceivable, and a daily diary.
CRASHING on iPhone iOS 26
I’ve used this app for years and loved it. It no longer works on my iPhone at all. It crashes about one second after opening the app. Please fix it!
Awesome list app, but…
This is my absolute favorite list and Checklist app! I use it all the time, especially for recipes. I would change the title of my review, as well as the review if you would consider adding an option to upload photos into the body of the note. I would love to upload pictures of recipes as opposed to having to type them in or transfer them by text. Please consider this! Thank you so much.

My Favorite List App
I love this app and have been using it daily for years. My only issue with it is, that after using it for a while the add and edit icons stop working and the only fix is to shut down and reopen my phone. It’s been two years since the last update, so that might be why. Regardless, it is still my favorite app and hope to continue using it for a long time to come.

What I needed
I love this app 99.9999% the only issue I have found so far is that I can't edit my lists title. So far I've only found an option to delete it. I can't even add a new icon. Other than that it keeps me organized and allows me to keep track of progress I've been making on my projects.
Great app!
I’d give this a 5 if we had the option to take pictures inside the notes. Sometimes you’re looking for a specific item and have a picture of it to compare!
Very useful
This is a great app, useful for so many things. I make a list to keep track of my stocks, recipes, checklist for my suitcase when I travel, rating of my wines, etc. etc. Try it out!
Need sync to computer
I have been using this app for many many years and I stick with it because I love the simplicity, and the reusable checkbox function. I use it for a grocery lists, packing lists, to -do lists for each day of the week and it’s great to be able to recycle tasks (check something off the list and it goes to the bottom, grayed out, and then I can uncheck it to have a go back onto the list.) Two things that I really want to see in this app are 1) a web based app. I mostly use my lists on my iPhone, but I would really like to be able to do it on my Mac as well. And 2) More efficient Navigation. I have a lot of lists, including shopping lists at different stores and I would like to be able to move from list to list by swiping left or right rather than having to back out and then scroll through my whole list of lists and choose the next one.

More Icons
Why not add more icons that correspond to things around the house? Like things for kitchen and various rooms, more nature icons, more things to do with travel, etc?
