Old, run down and overpriced.
The digital keys and services don’t work.
Reception and bar were nothing special and not like the on-line photos.
I paid £239.00 for a double room the an extra £10 for a top floor room (thinking it may be a nicer, less used room) and it was horrible.
I wouldn’t pay more than £90 for this place.
We also walked out of breakfast as it felt like chaos, the food looked horrible and the seating was like something out of a 90’s McDonalds.
I’ll never go back and it totally ruined our weekend away 😢

Digital key option not showing
I know I complain about digital key option not showing after check in on app and have have complain to the hotel (Leeds)few times, but they keep saying other customers don’t have problem with their app. Mine always work in the past until past few times and maybe until the last update, the digital key option not showing after check in, but showing when not check in yet, so weird. Even more weirder is I received notification saying digital key is is now activated when I’m close to hotel and I can use to enter my room, but when I close the app and open again, the digital key option disappeared again, so clearly there’s something wrong with the app. PLEASE fix it!!

Have to have WhatsApp!
Tell people to download WhatsApp in order to chat with front desk for amenities! I had to call the front desk twice for the same amenities since they forgot the first time. :/ Let’s use apps like it’s the future.

Lousy service
Sitting here in the lounge after they told me I have a discount I can use while my room is prepared. I’m five minutes early for check in and they don’t have the room ready and the discount does not apply to the drink. This is the second time I have stayed here in a week, because of business, and it’s still a lousy app and terrible hotel.
